I get the feels that Tezzeret is either monitoring or manipulating inventors to the ends of an interplanar travel device or maybe even a way to syphon PW sparks for Bolas. Pretty sure baseless speculation is the place for this.

Honestly, I think his presence on Kaladesh is his own, and not for anyone else. If there is one thing Tezzeret craves, it is power. He wanted to become the new Father of Machines on New Phyrexia, he wanted to be the most powerful artificer in Esper, and now he apparently has found power on a plane driven by artifice. Then, when he became Head Judge and learned that the Renegades wanted to sabotage the great festival, he dispatched Dovin to find them while making his own inquiries as well. He eventually found the leader of the Renegades, but hadn't counted on Lily and Chandra to intercept him.
Of course, if he gets his hands on Rashmi's teleportation device, there is a non-zero chance that he will try and use it to gain power on New Phyrexia, allowing them to start invading other planes. But that scenario feels to dark for bright and shiny Kaladesh.

As MaRo said, his favorite scenario is: introduce a new beautiful world and ruin it with a big threat. So everything is possible.

Good thing MaRo is not in charge of story then.

I feel that Tezzeret has been plotting something that might be to lure the Gate watch so he could exact revenge on Jace, or maybe a deeper scheme with Nicol Bolas behind something that could bring back maybe a deceased planeswalker that could be his ally. This story is going to blow my mind any way.

Let's make something perfectly clear here: Tezzeret hates Nicol Bolas with the fury of a thousand burning suns, the only reason he works for Bolas is because the Elder Dragon would do things to him that are arguably worse than death for the Esperite.
Also, Tezzeret must have spent years on and off on Kaladesh to advance to the position of Head Judge, it's not something you just become overnight, particularly not on a plane as ordered as Kaladesh. As such, it is likely that Tezz found Kaladesh early in his planeswalking career, and made it his second home, spending time advancing his craft and advancing through Kaladeshian society until he reached a position of power. If there is one thing Tezz craves it is power, and having a massive amount of influence over a plane is right up his ally. It is certainly possible that Bolas learned of Kaladesh from Tezzeret's mind, but he is not likely to the primary reason why Tezzeret is there as High Judge due to the timescale involved in getting into the position, particularly not when we know that the Elder Dragon has been using the artificer as an agent on other planes (Alara, Ravnica and New Phyrexia, the latter of which was relatively recent). Tezz has likely spent a good portion of his "down time" from being one of Bolas's agents to build his reputation on Kaladesh as an inventor in an attempt to gain power for himself. It is even possible that Tezz is using the inventors fair to try and find weapons to use against the Elder Dragon.

I doubt Tezzie wants New Phyrexia to have the interplanar device. The IP will allow phyrexia to spread like uncontrollably, and when he cannot control them, he will have no power.

MtG is where you can hate white players or black players, and still not be racist.
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
The end of the story in Kaladesh, before Aether Revolt starts seems to be Tezzeret confiscating everyone's inventions. This I suspect will lead to the Aether Revolt with possibly Saheeli Rai taking up the inventors cause to get their inventions back.
What Tezzeret wants from amongst the inventions I'm not sure about, but it is most definitely not for the good of everyone and I suspect it will be something for Bolas.
