Often (not always) Expansion symbols progress throughout a block, as if also telling a story. Looking at the evolution of the crossed blades Khans of Tarkir set symbol to the dragon emblem symbol in Dragons of Tarkir, often symbols retain certain characteristics of the former set while telling the wider story as it progresses. Looking at the Battle for Zendikar symbol how might it adapt and change and what possible story hints could it tell?
Her's some reiterations of the symbol I've done with the diamond being added. the main two pieces stem from the original hedron symbol.
Feel free to add other iterations but please use mainly the pieces we already have from BFZ
With all due respect this thread is in baseless speculation for a reason. I fully admit it could mean nothing, however I would remind you that a clever individual discovered the rough approximation of the DTK through similar methods.

I remember that, so this could be possible. I find that the second image on the top row in the OP greatly resembles a certain draconic planeswalker's horns...intriguing. Especially since that planeswalker is known to have ties to the Eldrazi and all.
You sir are a gentleman and a scholar. I can't wait till I can play my bicycle land out, thus making me heckbent, while I have Nessie on the field. You know, so I can attack with my Pervert.
All pieces but the opaque black diamond are made from the cracked hedron symbol if you turn/reverse them enough. Again this could mean absolutely nothing. I'm sure you could create anything by just adding a 1 or 2 random shapes with the pieces we have, however the similarity to bolas's horns is strikingly close to the two pieces if they're apart.

Wizards. listen. The Vorthos community will await the consequences of the Eldrazi Titans' deaths/sealing. We will keep the watch.

We won't know until the third set symbol is spoiled.
There won't ever be a third set symbol, as BFZ is the first two-set block in the new paradigm.

• My only public attempt at being a writer: the story of my Leonin custom planeswalker Jeff Lionheart. (I have a very big one that I'm working on right now but that's private for now, and I don't know if I will ever actually publish it, and I also have ideas for multiple future ones, including one where I'm going to reprise Jeff.)
The possible Bolas connection makes this seem plausible. Bolas engineered their release and would be able to read the draconic runes Ugin placed on them. I think I may have the plan Bolas is going to use involving the Eldrazi. Bolas can read minds and do so while in battle, so during his battle with Ugin he learned of the Eldrazi. He would also know of Sorin and Nahiri. More than likely Bolas needs to get Nahriris info on how to make herdons so he can make a custom Etherium Herdon to trap an Eldrazi titan, or all three at once?, and syphon off its power to himself.

Anyways, the second one looks like Bolas horns with his little floating diamond thing like he has.

Exactly this, unless it ends up beig a huge 4 set block (2-2 set blocks) but that seems a very unlikely way to start a 2 set block paradigm.
