If you'll allow me the pleasure I'd like to play just a bit of devil's advocate here and suggest something that nobody has brought up yet. Who says we're getting decks next year?
Everyone from Wizards who has said something about the yearly Commander products.
"The yearly Commander products are going to be like the decks from last year. [2011] Commander’s Arsenal is a one-time thing to fill the gap because we didn’t have time to make new Commander decks in the time allotted once we figured out we wanted to make them a yearly thing."
"The success of our Commander decks has made us realize that we want to do them every year. So starting next year you can begin looking forward to annual Commander decks"
Commander's Arsenal was something rushed up when they realized "holy crap, people are buying the Commander decks so much, let's make more!". Arsenal was probably a repurposed From the Vault set or something similar. If they had anticipated such success sooner, they'd make another set of five decks that year instead.
They could do something different once? Maybe, but with each release of decks being successful while Arsenal was very criticized, I'd guess they would like to just play safe and keep releasing what they know people want, until perhaps it starts losing steam.
Some enemy colored flip-walkers I think would be cool.
WR Mainly white - Ajani UG Mainly blue - Kiora WB Mainly black - Sorin UR Mainly red - Ral/Dack BG Mainly green - Garruk/Vraska
If they had Ajani and Garruk at least we would have the complete Lorwyn five as flipwalkers.
I rather like the idea, and it feels about right time for 2 color pairs, also I feel like Ajani and Garruk got the short end of the stick being left out of Origins (though I understand why). I'd love to see more of Kiora and Ral - less so on Dack. Sorin is the only one I'm kind of sick of at the moment, especially his B/W depictions.

Was not aware that anything official had been said about them actually being decks.Last I had seen it was just a yearly product.
What I think Wizards needs to realize is WHY people were upset about Aresnal. They were upset because an "elite" product was brought to a largely casual format. It contained cards that many people wanted to play with but not nearly enough of them were made.
Oh well, it was an idea.
As for what we are getting, it's probably going to be 2 color decks then and hopefully not just ally colors.

2 enemy pairs, 3 allied pairs. Granted, most of the remaining lieges are rather meh in ability, but still, it would make more available. In addition, pairs provide another reason to add Command Tower to every deck. Lastly, pairs make the landbase relatively simple to construct, leaving more room for rares among spells, rather than the lands.
Regardless of final deck color schemes, dropping a (currently) valuable ($20-50) reprint(s) into each deck would encourage more being bought by the playset hunters, as well as more people buying all five decks for parts. Making at least half of each deck's landbase snow-covered would be nice, as well.
I suspect that Snapcaster is also too pricey. Blood Moon might be too, but it probably wasn't when they started designing the decks, so I could see it making an appearance if they did a mono-color deck. Hard to justify in decks as reliant on non-basics as most of the Commander decks in the past have been.
3 red, 1 green? I think there's 0% chance in that. If they did a 3/2 split, the colors would have to be balanced, but I don't think there's much chance of that happening. It'd force them into a corner on what they do next year and make the cycles disjointed for both. While I do want all 2-color sets, it'd be great if someday, they stop checking boxes for ___-color cycles, and do something like Planechase 2012. Those are probably my favorite MTG precons. There are too many tribal/mechanic themes I'd be giddy for. Very few have enough support for the format, sadly.
If they do do enemy decks, I wonder aloud if they'd be game enough to reprint Dack Fayden in the Izzet one? Surely they've figured out by now that if you print a bomb card in a supplementary product, and then never reprint it ever again, the inevitable will happen.
Some enemy colored flip-walkers I think would be cool.

But these are all great choices, and FlipWalkers made as commander products would be amazing. I doubt we'd see them this close to Origins, but if they did Ally Colored Commander this year, who knows? Maybe the FlipWalkers will actually end up being very popular and they'll bring them back for Commander 2016.
For starters, not shoving every single good color fixing land into a single deck. If they go for a WUBRG deck, my guess is it's some kind of tribal like Slivers. The manabase then can be built around the tribe, like Ancient Ziggurat and Sliver Hive. Rupture Spire, Transguild Promenade, Evolving Wilds, and Terramorphic Expanse are must-haves of course. Vivid lands would make a lot of sense in a WUBRG deck as well.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Well if they're waiting to see how well the Origins flip walkers are received, I'm pretty sure we won't be getting any more until at least 2017. I really do want to (at the VERY least) see Ajani and Garruk as flip walkers - and after commander 2011 (wedges), commander 2013 (shards), and commander 2014 (mono), it'd make sense to finally have 2 color commander decks. I'm partial to enemy color pairings over allied color pairings, but I'll take either or. I guess we'll find out late July/early August.
I'd love for them to introduce a card like this in Commander:
Baited Dragon2RR
Creature - Dragon
Flying, haste
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player may sacrifice a creature. If he or she does, that player gains control of ~, untaps it, and puts a +1/+1 counter on it.

WUBRG tribal with new Sliver legendary, and and older Sliver legendary, and something else, maybe a Sliver can-be-commander planeswalker or a Sliver enchantment creature god.
Colorless deck with an Eldrazi and Ugin focus, introducing lots of new cards as well, including the colorless basic land.
Colorless artifact deck also with new colorless basic land.
WUBRG everything tribal deck with new can be anything legendary (general ideas for such designs I posted earlier in the thread mana cost so it can fit in any deck), lots of changelings and crazy good lords from different tribes that affect all the changelings and things like that, and Reaper King as one of the alternate legendary cards.
Non-tribal 'goodstuff' WUBRG deck with Progenitus as one of the options. Would try to cover all the bases with good and efficient spells by picking the color that those spells are most efficient in and lots of multi-color commander staples.
My thoughts are strongly in the direction of enemy color pairs. As was mentioned earlier, we just got 10 legendaries for friendly color pairs, plus my sense of aesthetics cries out for enemy color pair Elder Dragons. Hell, I wouldn't be opposed to them being a not starting legendary in a 3/4/5 color deck (similar to Skullbriar, Vishkal, etc. in the first round of commander decks).
Since 3 colored stuff aren't much of a standard thing. I would much rather have wedge colored Elder Dragons than enemy color. Or a new take on the original elder dragons < that would be sweet.

As such, I believe that we can expect a reprint of the Tempest pain lands to help with mana issues. As uncommons even.
Why? Well there are several reasons:
Reason #1: They are not on the reserve list.
Reason #2: They have never been reprinted despite #1.
Reason #3: There is a severe lack of duals in enemy color pairs compared to allied color pairs.
Reason #4: They aren't expensive, but difficult to find due to their age.
Reason #5: Commander is one of the few formats where they are playable.
Reason #6: They are weaker than the Invasion block pain lands, and thus would make sense as uncommons.
Reason #7: It would help smooth out the mana in the decks a bit.
I don't really have any evidence to back this up, thus baseless speculation, but it makes sense.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
I wonder what their themes will be? I think WB voltron constellation would be interesting and hope that the GB has more graveyard things for jarad, crossing my fingers for a graveyard hoser hoser like something that can stop them from exiling your grave
Tempest pain taplands? They're so bad for most decks that I think that would turn off folks. I actually run Salt Falts in my Selenia deck, both because I love old cards and because that deck likes the option to take a point. Normally, though, they're terrible.

Something I think is extremely likely:
Dual Colored Commanders ( allied or enemy cycle of five )
Speculation:
Tribal Theme
Reprints
New Legends Based On Past Characters
UTeferi, Temporal ArchmageU's prison: blue is the new orange is the new black.
Mizzix Of The Izmagnus : wheels on fire... rolling down the road...
BSidisi, Undead VizierB: Bis zum Erbrechen
GTitiania, Protector Of ArgothG: Protecting Argoth, by blowing it up!
GYisan, The Wanderer BardG: Gradus Ad Elfball.
Duel EDH: Yisan & Titania.
In Progress: Grand Arbiter Augustin IV duel; Grenzo, Dungeon Warden Doomsday.
I would like to see 2 colour decks but I dunno how much they could do that hasn't been added already

I LIKE DRAGONS!
This is my biggest issue with them making a 5 color precon. How would they make a mana base that is playable but wouldn't drive the price sky high.

You can build a 5c manabase of:
10 KTK life lands that CIPT
10 of the tri color CIPT lands
5 Zendikar life lands.
Sprinkle in some basics.
It'd be slow, but a perfectly serviceable 5c manabase that you could probably get for under $5 total.
Or possibly 5 5-color Generals each with a focus on a specific color, or a specific hate on a color?
I could also see them start the cycle of 2-color decks too.
Or maybe a 1,2,3,4 and 5 color deck?
