Disenchant has not been reprinted in a long time, but I hope that it shall be again, at some point. While it is clear that WotC considers naturalize to be the standard spell for destroying artifacts and enchantments, I see no reason why disenchant could not be reprinted in a supplemental set, such as a duel deck or Commander set, or even Modern Masters, since its printing as a timeshifted card in Time Spiral made it modern-legal.
What does everyone else say about this? Will disenchant ever be reprinted, again?

“Those who would trade their freedoms for security will have neither.”-Benjamin Franklin
“When the people fear the government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.”-Thomas Jefferson
“A vote is like a rifle; its usefulness depends upon the character of its user.”-Theodore Roosevelt
“Patriotism means to stand by one's country; it does not mean to stand by one's president.”-Theodore Roosevelt
I don't see the need. As you've noted, it's already Modern-legal thanks to its TSP printing, and it's not exactly a card that's suffering from price gouging or supply issues. It definitely doesn't need to be printed in Standard, as Naturalize is more appropriate in most cases (and I can't see why both would be necessary at the same time).
Could it be printed in a supplemental set? Sure. Will it be? Dunno. I guess it would be fine in MMA2.
In Standard? I should hope not. White shouldn't get the best removal for everything. In a supplementary product? Possibly. It's already available to Legacy and Modern, so providing players in those formats with a new frame copy might be nice.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I was surprised this wasn't in the latest Commander set. It really should see some sort of print, just to get it into the newest border if anything else.
Maybe in a supplementary product (though even that's a bit doubtful). Thing is, the effect just isn't very 'white' by today's standards.
The way white seems to work today is to exile permanents more often. Revoke Existence affects artifacts and enchantments just like Disenchant for the same mana cost, but it is a sorcery instead of an instant.
White still gets plenty of destroy. Solemn Offering was in the most recent core set! How can one really say a spell that destroys an artifact or enchantment isn't white by today's standards when the most recent core set includes a spell that destroys an artifact or enchantment?
Exiling enchantments was more prevalent in THS block because that block had fifteen indestructible enchantment sometimes-creatures (the Gods). Even still they didn't shy away from white enchantment destroy in the block (Mortal Obstinacy, Leonin Iconoclast, Dawn to Dusk).
White gets to destroy artifacts, it just isn't supposed to be as good at it as red or green.
