Now that Freyalise has been spoiled, is it still baseless speculation to hope for an Urza Planeswalker card?
Not only is it baseless, but it's straight disconfirmed.
A) MaRo has said he won't be in the set
B) He's not really well-represented by a single color. He could be any combination of U, W, B, or R. (Likely UWR to mirror Mishra's URB)
C) Today's columns stated that only three of the Walkers will be existing older characters, and we already know Ob-Nixilis, Teferi, and Freyalise, so that's that.

Is it dis-confirmed for the commander set after that?
No. If Commander 2014 does very well, we can likely expect a repeat of the "Planeswalkers as Commanders" thing and the "Characters from Magic's Past" thing, in which case Urza would potentially be on the table for a future Commander product or other supplemental set.

From what I have read and seen, Urza is, quite possibly, one of the most famous and badass characters in the entire story of the game, and he is referenced in more cards than is any other character, so, being as famous as he is, a card that depicts him in his full power and glory would need to be done just right to appease the players. Also, I agree with wildfire that he should not be a monocolored card, despite his strong association with blue, so it would be best to save him for the next multicolored Commander set.
If a card of him was to be printed, would he have a title following his name, or would simply "URZA" be sufficient to convey his sheer power and awesomeness?

Urza really isn't close to being as strong as Bolas, lorewise.
If that is the case, why is he so famous, referenced in more cards than other other character, and generally perceived as being an all-around badass? And is there any character in the current story who can rival Bolas in power?
Given that Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker already costs 8 mana, an Urza card should cost over 10 to make up for power difference...

But 8 mana Bolas is him as a neo walker, so wouldn't a future Urza card need to be more powerful since he would be an old walker? Not that making a card for a walker shows all their power, but in my opinion they would need Urza to have a powerful group of abilities for us to drool over.

Because he was basically the main character for the first half of magics 20 years.
As for urza's color. Its stated in the books that his main essence is white and he heals characters. He is also good with red mana(fire).

But he was also a master artificer, which is an occupation that is heavily associated with blue, so he could be a red/white/blue planeswalker, which this game does not yet have (although it might, if Narset becomes a planeswalker later in the Tarkir block).
RW is fine for Urza even if he ends up as an artificer since these are the secoundary artificer colors, i would rather not end up with another Sydri, Galvanic Genius.
There are some great artificer cards for red and white and i would rather they explore this direction than give us yet another esper or grixis commander.
Also at the moment R/W dual color is one of the weakest dual combinations in commanders and is left with mediocre legendary commanders.

How is it weak? And whom, for instance? I cannot speak for every red/white legendary creature, but I imagine that Aurelia and Gisela are amazing in that format.

True but artifice can also be represented by colorless mana. Blue in a walkers cost to me would be more for disruption. What ever his colors are i can totally see him having an ability geared towards artifacts.
