I'm hoping it's not dual colored. People complained about having to wait until Gatecrash for their favorite pairing; imagine how upset they'll be if they have to wait an entire year.
On a slightly unrelated note, I'm guessing they're going to err on the side of caution this time around and not include much value in these decks. They know they messed up with Mind Seize and I'm betting they're going to try hard to make sure all the decks are of equal value. It's much less risky to tone down the value of every deck than it is to make them all super valuable. They'll probably still sell well because of how popular Commander is, and if they don't, we'll wait another year for them to try and rectify the problem.
