All in all I would like to see a CoreSet with Flavor and mechanics from Kamigawa ( Ninjutsu, Bushido, Offering ,Epic) (Sweep). not much, maybe 6 cards with Ninjutsu, 9 cards with bushido, 1-2 card with offering , 1-2 card with Epic , 5 cards with Sweep (making some playable...)

Drawned in blood 3B sorcery(or instant) (r) Sweep — Return any number of Swamps you control to their owner's hand. Each creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn for each swamp returned this way. Draw a card then lose 2 life.

Explore beyond 2GG sorcery(u) Sweep — Return any number of forests you control to their owner's hand. Search your library for a land card and put it into your hand for each forest you returned this way. You may put a land from your hand into play tapped.
The idea of flanking and horsemanship has been indeed thrown around as the 'Khans of Tarkir', if it is indeed called that, does sound Mongolian and Mongolians are famous for their cavalry expertise.
Kamigawa block happened 10.000 years ago, iirc, so yeah, there's room for new stories

Er, no, it did not. The Kamigawa block happens around 3700-3800 A.R., whereas the current events are establishes to be around 4600 A.R. So it is about 800-900 years at best.
On topic - they explicitly said on the PAX panel that they have currently no plans to return to Kamigawa (or Ulgrotha). That seals the deal, I think.

Well.... They may *say* they have no plans, but that doesn't mean that they don't have them. Sometimes it is because that they are simply not allowed to talk about it... That said, considering that Kamigawa was a huge failure for a number of reasons, the likelihood of a return is negligent at best.
Most likely we will see Kamigawa explored through auxiliary products such as Commander and Planechase, just as we have been these last couple of years.
But yeah, a return to Kamigawa is highly unlikely, but there is still a non-zero chance, mostly because people have been pestering Maro about it since he made blogatog. >.<

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
What about the recent uncharted realms featuring kiki-jiki? seems odd they would build on the story of kamigawa characters if we were never going to return.
Honestly, doing second tour of a planes does not guarantee similar results (at least for the players hoping for nostalgia effect), case and point Ravnica the first time was much more interesting than the Return. If the order had been reversed we might not have had such as good expectations of that plane when thinking of going back.
So I think some time in the future we will go back there, it seems to have something of a cult following that is determined to keep Kamigawa in view.
And this is just my own opinion but there is some real gold waiting back on Kamigawa that was only just slightly tapped. I really want to see ninjitsu mechanics again, and the arcane/spirit mechanic was interesting, and then there would just need to be one or two new machanics to better flesh out the world.
