the main issue I see about being a fake is tied to what Maro said in his preview article: Cavalier of Flame being part of a Mythic cycle; add 5 wedge legend and 5 monocolor PW and the 15 mythic slot are completed. I don't see how Tarmo can be associated in a cycle to the Cavalier
There is the chance that, like in M19, of 16 mythics in the set

i think it could bring it down even more. look how much the last ultimate masters reprint dropped the price and this is no premium booster. cheaper boosters means that most likely more get opened. in addition he lost meaning in eternal formats. so unless we get a new arena-modern like format, he will keep loosing meaning (in my opinion)
Gofy was just reprinted in UMA where packs were 13.99$. Another reprint so soon, in a standard legal set seems highly unlikely, and that is an understatement
People way overrate Goyf because they remember how it used to be and see how expensive is. The reality is Goyf sees minimal play in Modern and Legacy these days and wouldn't be OP in Standard. Even back in the day it was always far better in older formats than Standard and that Standard had a lot more support for Goyf than the current Standard. Unless they start printing easy ways to get lands and artifacts in graveyards early Goyf is at best a 3/4 early game and maybe a 5/6 late game in current standard. That's good but it's not OP given at the end of the day it's just a vanilla creature.
If they do reprint Goyf hopefully its price comes way down because its long been way overpriced because of how it originally spiked in price rather than the play it now sees.
When I saw Legion's End I immediately thought - this could take out Goyf threats (while being too weak for Modern). And now we're presented with a possible Goyf threat. And M20, a core set that includes many planes, would be a place to put Goyf in standard. With all the Planeswalkers bouncing around Standard, and lack of useful artifacts, fetchlands, or tribal spells, this could be reasonably powered without being broken.
There is the chance that, like in M19, of 16 mythics in the set
Unless this is the case, the recent spoiling of Cavalier of Dawn confirms the Cavalier cycle and the 15 mythic slots go to five Cavaliers, five Planeswalkers and five Wedgends. Therefore no Goyf.

I think it is likely. M19 and M20 have the same number of cards in it, which is also more than most sets (more than all three of the recent Ravnica sets, for instance). It was also stated that design for this set was based a lot on M19, hence why I feel that the rarity distribution will be same. That said, I'm not saying Goyf will be the 16th mythic, I'm just saying that there is a chance.

We already know the BaB promo, some Naya angel that buffs multicolored. Plus, if this were the BaB it say so in the legal text at the bottom of the card, and have a set number beyond the final number of the set.
That would be kind of hilarious, but the number on the image was, what, 196 or so? So within the normal set.
Concerning "16 mythics", the one big difference would be that the 16th mythic in M19 was Bolas, and exceptional card both in that it was the only double-sided one and the only three-color one. And also Bolas.
The Goyf being #16 here would be kind of completely random.
I dont know why people cant see Goyf in a standard set. He probably woulnd be that good in limited and fine in standard.
You also forget the card was nothing when it first came out. Its a lot better in legacy and modern. There is no reason why he cant be printed in standard.

Bolas was part of the five shard elder dragon cycle and the focal point of M19. The 6 random mythics were Resplendent Angel, Omniscience, Bone Dragon, Apex of Power, Scapesihft, and Crucible of Worlds.

Goyf would definitely sell packs. It feels a year late now that Modern has largely moved on from Goyf but I'd be happy to see the price come down to $10ish and stay there. Goyf still has applications in casual formats like Oathbreaker and I'd be super happy to get my hands on one.
The reason I'm hopeful, is that even though a lot of the Mythics have already been released. Historically there's been known to have at least 2 per colour in a regular 250-ish set size. We know already that there is going to be a Planeswalker for each colour, and we've also seen multicoloured spoiled.
I've debated with people at my local LGS about this, one guy pointing out that the background of the image was also used for another card reveal. I saw this as positive evidence since it matches a demonstrated format for it to be released, he saw it as them using that background for photo-shopping it.
If fake, kudos to the troll even tho being 196 (and fiting the crunch) is not hard for someone to fake... we have to give the recognition cause most of the fakes most of time are lazy enough to being spoted in 5 minutes lol.
They could put it in because Tarmo is dealt with much easier now and isn't quite the powerhouse it once was under Time Spiral/Lorwyn block standard. However that alone would be reason to inflate the pack price so there's your tradeoff.

The collector number fits, wotc reprinted it into oblivion already, the only thing propping it up is price memory. This could absolutely be in a core set, and have almost no impact on standard just like the first time it was standard legal.
