So MTG just released their part 2 for Guild to Order on dailymtg. At the end they mention that all Bolas-aligned guilds have planeswalkers as the guild leaders. Looking at Guilds of Ravnica, The Bolas aligned guilds are Golgari (Vraska) and Izzet (Ral Zarek). The others have the old guild leaders still in office: Selesneya (Trostani), Boros (Aurelia), and Dimir (Lazav shockingly).
Because of this I think we can begin to figure out what the next guild leaders will be! Three of the guilds in the next set will be aligned with Bolas, because Wizards already said that its 5 v. 5. I'm pretty confident that Azorias will remain on the side of ravnica considering their beliefs. I believe that Gruul will be lead by Domri Rade, as he is already a part of gruul and is a planeswalker (So it makes sense). I actually believe that the Orzhov will be lead by Kaya, the Ghost assassin! It makes sense: she is white and black AND can kill ghosts (Bye Bye Ghost Council). That leaves Rakdos and Simic, And I can't really decide which one would be lead by another planeswalker. I can't name any good Rakdos options, and the only simic one I can think of is kiora, but I feel like that wouldn't make sense. Which one of those guilds do you think will align with bolas?
We know Azorius is getting a new leader from Assassin's Trophy. With that, we have two blue aligned walkers over the two sets. This, to me, rules out Simic. Following the logic of balancing colors amongst the walkers, Orzhov becomes the next option, giving both black and white their second walker. This leaves Red and Green as the only color combo represetned on one walker thus far, meaning Gruul is the third Bolas controlled guild in Ravnica Alliance. (based on my speculation)

If Wizards decides to make the color balance between the two factions equal (and they might not), knowing that the Golgari and the Izzet are both Bolas aligned guilds, that would make the Azorius, Orzhov, and Gruul led by planeswalkers.

Sorry to burst your enthusiasm bubble, pal, but this was said already in part one and we are speculating over this topic over a week in Storyline forum.
We already know that Isperia will be killed by Vraska, and that Azorius land from Allegiance has Kaladesh-pattern thopters in the art. This means Tezzeret or Dovin Baan.
From the book cover, Kaya seem to be fighting against Bolas, not for him. My money is on Liliana here for Orzhov.
Rakdos and Gruul seem to be too free-minded and/or anarchistic to side with Bolas. That leaves Simic, but we have no Bolas-aligned planeswalker to lead them.

I'm not sure how color balance works without the block structure of old, as the old plan was to keep a (roughly) walker for each color structure between sets in a block. That doesn't really play here.
But this sounds reasonable enough with current information.
However, if we include potential walkers from unnamed third Ravnica set, we might have to modify for the Gatewatch allied characters coming in to help fight Bolas. Which might mean they want to keep some color identities open. For Gatewatch members in two colors, or Gatewatch members who could be in two colors.
As much as I hate to be the one to put the thought out there, Azorious Jace happening would make sense for Set 3, even if we still have Castaway Jace in standard.
What's the definition of a "Bolas aligned guild"? Which ones are?
Any guild that is either in debt to Bolas, or in league with Bolas.
Ral's made a deal with Bolas, and Bolas has gifted him control of the Izzet League.
Vraska gave him a giant sun rock, Bolas gave her the Golgari (which she is keeping out of the coming fight).
Tezzeret, Liliana could all end up in charge of a Guild, as his on hand help. Or someone else could end up in charge due to a deal with Bolas (Dovin, Kiora, Domri, Tybalt, or Kaya) provided that they don't really understand the full impact of, if they aren't as aware of who Bolas is and why he's awful (which removes the likes of say Tamiyo or Sarkhan from contention).
I am not sure what the next 3 bolas backed guilds will be, but I just LOVE how Lazav is "What? Someone's trying to steal my 'slink in the shadows' gig? @#$% this, get outta my house fool!"

The color balance works as such, Guilds aligned to Bolas and against him, Guilds in first and second block all have colors that repeat only once between them. The block ones are GW, RW,UB,BGand UR for Guilds, BR, UG, UW, BW and GR for Allegiance. So the Anti-Bolas faction in Allegiance doesn't have any W-aligned guilds. From this, we can assume both Orzhov BW and Azorious UW are playing in the dragon's camp. This leaves only Gruul to complete the line up perfectly, and leaves Simic and Rakdos in the 'good guys' team.

This assumes that the color balance between the guilds in the third set will be equal. It's entirely possible they won't be.
But yes, you are otherwise correct.

For color balance we have GBUR, soo if the walkers controled by bolas are balanced by color, then in the seccond set there need to be 2 White Walkers. And there is only 2 white guilds next set...
Vraska GB
Ral RU
Azzorius walker WU
Orzhov walker WB
and we need a RG walker.
And if this is indeed true, i hope the walker on Gruul will be a giant or some other giant humanoid that can cast spells and has taken Borborygmos on 1v1 combat instead of someone placed there by bolas (what a sily storytelling).
Or at least, as i would have hoped for Rakdos guild, the planeswalker is just in the duty of administrating the guild while the true leader ( creature ) is asleep or don't bothering...
