The red one will be like 3 damage to everything; the white one might be an X the exiles each nonland cmc less than until it leaves or something; and the blue one might have a draw effect for Dinosaur ETB or when dinos attack (Kindred Discovery). Just my thoughts.
Seems to be that the red ones usually are the unplayable ones, my impetus for this is the: Titan, Praetor, & Primordial cycles, not to forget the mono-coloured command.
The red one idea was "When it enters the battlefield, it deals 1 damage to target creature or player" but they probably ended up not printing it at all because it was too broken for red.
I'm guessing you're feeling a little salty Flametongue Kavu isn't part of the staple creature templates. I'll remind you that we just got Burning Sun's Avatar. And I seem to recall red's gotten plenty of fine burn effects in recent years.
My guess is, the red Elder Dino is our extra combat phase card of the block, following the footsteps of Lightning Runner and Combat Celebrant.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
R I agree with mainte extra combat seems more likely since we already got are etb damage to creature(s) trigger with burning sun's avatar
U it think it will be a flying creature being a Quetzalcoatlus like creature it might give card draw or bouncing creatures/nonland permanents off the field.

Yeah I see these being more likely then the SUn's Avatar knock offs people been suggesting. Only issue is white recursion is suppose to be limited to smaller things (low power, low mana cost), so it won't be work with the dinosaur tribal decks. Maybe white give some form of defense (damage prevents, indestructible, ect)

I'd have to disagree there. About the titans, praetors, and primordials at least. Incendiary Command, however, is niche, so you might have a point there: At best, Incendiary Command lets you refill your hand and blast your opponent so you don't run out of gas. For the most part, though, it just happens that no titan compares to Primeval Titan, no command compares to Cryptic Command, etc.
A better example would be Combustible Gearhulk. It wouldn't be so bad, as Browbeat cards go, except that about 20~24 cards in a Constructed deck and 35~40 cards in a Commander deck are lands.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
And the B gives prey counters to creatures and they just pop like a balloon when it ETB.
It's likely a cycle so what do you think the WUR elders will do.

W we can throw away boardsweep due to wakening sun's avatar life gain is out because of Verdant Sun's Avatar so my best guess is a sun titan esc ability (dinosaur/creature recursion.)

On phasing:
I'm saying the white one might be a dinosaur recursion
Not work like sun titan
