MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
There better be Two-headed Dragon in this. I don't get why Shivan Dragon gets all the attention over our two headed buddy.
I expect the dragon cost reducers, Thunderbreak Regent, and Broodmate Dragon.
Out of the various other mythic dragon possibilities I would hope for Balefire Dragon and/or Karrthus. Unlikely as it is I'd like to see Moonveil Dragon, the best firebreather of them all and underrated.

Them plus broodmother dragon would be awesome in this. But probably only one of them
By the he way balefire, Karrthus, and broodmother all have one thing in common they all only ben printed once so atleast one of them is very very possible in this.
Since a lot of dragons involve either attacking or dealing combat damage, I could imagine some potential "Extra Turn" or at least "Extra Combat" cards showing up in this deck.
I'm really hoping for either some good, lower-cost Dragons to be made, or some really efficient ramp as well. Dragon Arch seems like the perfect reprint for this deck as its flavorful and lets you play dragons fairly early!
If you're looking for extra combat phases, Hellkite Charger seems like a good choice.

Oh and chromatic lantern is a safe bet since this is a five-color deck.
Talking about artifact a Prismatic Geoscope can be useful to ramp. But they print Ramos and I'm not sure about reprint of this stone. Also Fellwar Stone is a possible reprint.
About Dragons:
- Thundermaw Hellkite could be really useful to make a shot, I'm expecting a deck with a number of 20-25 dragons
- Scourge of Valkas never reprinted
- Steel Hellkite could be a must, no coloured mana and can remove objects
About Spells:
- Sarkhan's Triumph is a near sure reprint, dragons are involved, it's a tutor and it's an uncommon card
- Patriarch's Bidding is preatty sure, in my mind, in one or more of C17 decks. Hope is in Dragons! Also Living Death and Twilight's Call could be really fun in this Commander block
- Urza's Incubator as Patriatch's Bidding there's an high chance to have one Incubator in one of these decks, a great ramp for Dragons
- Allied Strategies is a five color spell, really useful with dragons to refill hand
Random Reprints:
- Selvala's Stampede
- Wild Pair

steel hellkite is already confirmed as one of the reprints from the leaks.
And tribals usually have 30 maybe 35 of the same creature type
Fattys might be a little lower but this one commander reduces the cost of them so more could ge in.
Of course, there's a lot of multicolor goodstuff Dragons fighting for those slots. Given how high the average for Dragon mana costs will be, I'm guessing we'll see a healthy number of mana rocks, dorks, and ramp spells in the 2-4 mana cost range.

Depends on how consistent it is. You need two 6-mana cards to make the combo work. If you run plenty of tutors and some ramp, then sure, it's fairly consistent. But also easily disrupted by a simple removal spell.
While you're at it, why not add Utvara Hellkite? I think we can expect the core suite of red Dragon support:

What we know so far
What else do you think will be reprinted in this?

For permanents I have
draco not very expensive (money) and definately by default needs to be in a five-color deck and Ofcoarse a dragon.
Dragon Tempest self explanatory
Dragonmaster Outcast dragon token maker
Dragonsoul Knight can turn into a dragon temporary.
Dragonspeaker Shaman reduce the cost even more
Hellkite Tyrant a alt win condition and pretty widely used
Hoard-Smelter Dragon artifact removal
Hunted Dragon those 2/2 will be easy to get rid of and not to mention it's a nice group hug deal you can make with someone.
Icefall Regent shut down a creature. And has it's own protection.
One or more of the spirt dragons, we got O-kagachi atleast one of five of his best pawns likely to join him.
If this gets a planeswalker then Sarkhan Unbroken makes rainbow mana and makes or tutors dragons to the field
Savage Ventmaw self explanatory
Tek same reasoning as Draco
Thunderbreak Regent he saids to every opponent don't...even...think about shoot my friends on the field and myself.
Utvara Hellkite by just barely cheap enough to be put in a commander deck plus it only has one printing.
|| UW Jace, Vyn's Prodigy UW || UG Kenessos, Priest of Thassa (feat. Arixmethes) UG ||
Cards I still want to see created:
|| Olantin, Lost City || Pavios and Thanasis || Choryu ||
From the original elder dragons nicol bolas perhaps? It's quite cheap.

Oh and shivan dragon is the serra angel of dragons is why that one gets a lot of attention.
Treva, dromar, darigaaz, and Ruth get huge points for possible because of the flavor of their attendants
They all mention the ur-dragon so the other four is almost locked already
Hellkite Overlord is a pet card of mine; my inner-Timmy dreams of it being reprinted in this deck.
Ryusei & Rith both have amazing promo art that I would love to have in the new card frame. Plus they're both decent in this deck!
Scourge of Kher Ridges was one of my original Dragons I owned that always put in work and scared everyone at the table.
The Broodmother is a card I always wanted to own but never got a copy of. It seems perfect for this deck!
Dunes of Zairo

Innistrad - The Darkest Night

Commander: Allies & Adversaries
Kokusho, the Evening Star hey I can dream can't I?
Nicol Bolas the promo art version to be more specific
Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon again I'm allowed to Dream you know.
Oh the other two spirit dragons as well since this cycle is O-kagachis best minions and O-kagachi is a printed card in this.

Now for other speculation furyborn hellkite, Furnace Dragon, Harbinger of the Hunt and draco are good guesses

Something tells me they'll opt for Savage Ventmaw instead
(I *highly* doubt it would contain both for fairly obvious reasons).

Ventmaw only covers 6/7 of Charger's mana cost. You'd probably need to run Radha, Heir to Keld to cover that last 1/7.
