That seems busted in any format so I doubt that is what we see. To let Modern or even Legacy Burn only have to deal 12 damage and then haymaker with this thing? The "do not untap lands" clause doesn't matter if you just took away 40% of a player's life total.
Probably Insurrection for 3RR or a mass pump + first strike for the same cost.
I thought about these options and I think these are less likely than they would be otherwise because they let you bypass the drawback/cost of not letting your lands untap if you just get an undercosted kill button. The white and black ones push the game towards stalemate and the drawback comes up immediately.
I think a shatterstorm would make more sense, though if it destroys your own artifacts, it also cuts off ways to cheat the drawback.
Given the flavor of Hazoret, however, I expect some mass pump + haste.

A team buff (especially including haste) would have finisher potetial though and I don't really see anything like that for this cycle.
My money is on 'X damage to all creatures' or similar.
I just want an awesome burn-spell that stands out to the rest.

In serious note I hope it's good. Maybe not as good my suggestion though since it's game breaking.
It would deals damage to each player equal to the amount of damage that player received this turn.
Other ideas that seem likely is an extra combat step for RR, or perhaps a some kind of scaling fireball effect that gives a damage bonus similar to Crater's Claws, but always gives the damage bonus at the expense of your lands not untapping.

I was trying to think of a burn spell that fits the theme of these cards and would be worth the downside and honestly, this is close to what I came up with too. We already have Exquisite Firecraft so this would be close to that. Maybe 5 damage for 2 mana? That still seems powerful, but as a sorcery that keeps your lands tapped maybe it is fine?
That is assuming this is a burn spell of course (which is kind of what I would hope for) but maybe with Wizards fairly recent trend against burn in Red (to give more utility than just damage) we could see something with combat steps or mass pump like others have mentioned.
She doesn't die in the story so we probably don't get a Hazoret's Last anything.

Someone got the Amonkhet art book early, which tells the whole story. I stopped reading after it was said that Hazoret lives, so I don't spoil it.
I wonder what her's will be, since they're going to be in a cycle.
