They could just include crumbling necropolis in it, flavorwise it wouldn't be that hard to justify. They have already shown us with Ajani and Tezzeret that they aren't afraid of multicolored cards in these decks as they could have made them mono white and mono blue respectivly (with different abilitties).
That would make Necropolis Standard-legal. I don't think they want one Triland in Standard without the rest, and I doubt they want to make the Trilands permalegal like the Duals.
Well.... As the tri-lands have neutral names, it is technically possible for them to show up in Ixilan, if said block is multicolor heavy. If that is the case, then it is, again technically, possible for one (or two if my guess that Samut's deck turns out to be tri-color as well) to show up in the Hour of Devastation planeswalker decks as a sort of "pre-print". Not likely, mind you, but possible.
We also have Evolving Wilds and other Desert cards for mana fixing.
[I]t is a pretty safe bet that Djeru will not get a planeswalker card in Hour of Devastation
I don't think he will get a card in the set proper, but rather one in the Planeswalker decks. This way Wizards can introduce the character without using another 'Walker slot.

Indeed, as I said, it isn't likely, but I was simply pointing out that it was possible.

WotC will not make a planeswalker deck for a planeswalker that is not in the set proper, let alone introduce a new walker in that way. It is going to be Samut. Djeru is not a planeswalker, and he will not become a planeswalker, if anything, he'll die.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
That would be the third 6PW block in a row. They've got to revert to their default at some point. That said, yes, I could see Djeru getting a PW card (though he should probably have gotten a legend card first like Samut) and I could see him getting a theme complimentary to Samut's.
I'm still not sure what theme Samut is supposed to get though, seeing as Gideon already bagged Exert.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Samut would logically have an aggro strategy to act as a counter to Bolas's control strategy.

Well, now we know that Nissa is the other PW. I'm guessing her deck will be full of ramp, card draw, and big creatures.
You know, it's funny: I just realized we have not yet had a PW deck duo without green in it. Nissa, Ajani, Liliana, and now Nissa again. Dare I guess that Ixalan will have a RG PW deck with a Dinosaur theme? Along with a UB Pirate deck.

There doesn't seem to be a red-green planeswalker though - blue Jace, black-green Vraska, red-white native IIRC. Despite Vraska'S pirate outfit she doesn't fit the colors of any tribe so far... Well, I'm certain she gets to be the face of the partially green deck for the set.
Maybe set two. Though that will have green-white Ajani, right? Red-green really doesn't seem to have gotten enough planeswalkers recently considering that it's so hard to find one for a red-green planeswalker deck. Petition now for more assorted red-green planeswalkers!

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

I fully expect the Bolas deck to contain two each of Cinder Barrens, Highland Lake, and Submerged Boneyard, in addition to a small number of Evolving Wilds, Painted Bluffs and/or whatever common/uncommon manafixing land that will get printed in Hour of Devastation.
I also expect that the Samut deck, if only two color, will run four Timber Gorge. Or if Naya colored, two each of Timber Gorge, Stone Quarry, and Tranquil Expanse.
