June best guess is tribes that are popuLr that don't have a great commander to synergize
Dragons: scion is good but they need a better one that doesn't require recurrsion (oh no telling me the reduce dragons by 1 is garbage talk one turn sooner is always immense atvantage.)
Scion is garbage, always has been.
Tell you the truth I know
People think he's good because of those combos he can do. But reality is you need a ton of recurrsion just to get the dragons onto the field. His boss does what dragon tribal is supose to do.

Precisely. Honestly, outside of the legendary slivers, most five color commanders have been bad. The only one that really stand out to me is General Tazri, and she only counts because her activated ability costs one mana of each color and is exactly what makes five color allies truly viable in the commander format. That is, until now. Both the Ur-Dragon and Ramos show potential for a five color tribal deck that would actually be good and fun to play.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
So... this article contains a graph outlining the "most iconic tribes" of each color.
I present to you:
Angels
Dragons
Zombies
Wizards
Elves
Nothing new, but it is interesting to see a list that mixes characteristic and iconic creature types like this on a graph in general proximity of this product - lending support to the ideas already put forth and against possibilities like e. g. Demons which would be "iconic" by one measure, but not enough for Wizards of the Coast to include them on this occasion.

Please, elaborate. All I can say otherwise is that I didn't think that I had to add that while the two things aren't actually synonyms, they still correlate. Dragons have been chosen as red iconic race because they are popular despite the fact that they are mechanically an outlier as red fliers, Zombies are still black's characteristic race beside Vampires because they are popular, Angels have a devout following etc. Becoming iconic is a nonrandom process and popularity plays into it.
We can infer that a creature type listed as iconic in a recent featured article by WotC is more likely to be popular, or more precisely: more likely to be considered popular by aforementioned company WotC.

We can infer that a creature type listed as iconic in a recent featured article by WotC is more likely to be popular, or more precisely: more likely to be considered popular by aforementioned company WotC.
I mean that "Iconic" means that the race or monster is easily recognized, has a fairly clear identity in peoples minds (for example, a wizard is a learned person who can use magic, a dragon is a large flying lizard that has a breath weapon, a zombie is a, usually, mindless undead creature that has not rotted all the way to a skeleton, etc.) and in popular culture. There is a reason that WotC has selected Angels, Sphinxes, Demons, Dragons, and after much searching Hydras as each colors iconic race. Pretty much everyone over the age of thirteen knows what those creatures are. Of those five, only Angels, Demons, and Dragons can be considered popular, both Sphinxes and Hydras are alright in most peoples minds, but neither of the two have the pure "wow" factor that the other three possess (yet).
Popular on the other hand, are what people like, there is some overlap between the two, but comparatively, some tribes are considerably more popular than they should warrant if we went by what was Iconic. Slivers for example are immensely popular (which is why they brought them back three times), but they are no where iconic. If you ask someone (who does not play magic) what a sliver was, the primary reaction from them would be "a what?".
I hope my explanation is sufficient.

And as you'll note both Sphinx and Hydra are not part of the list. I even point out that these are not the five iconic races. Either way they are creature types that are on WotC's mind.
This is not a definite list - alone due to being five creature types on four decks, but they are an additional indicator.

Probably the last time I'm saying this
Those five being the most iconic doesn't lock them for the tribes of 2017
Besides popular factor is not added and none of the five would be a unexspected tribe also there's only 4 decks
And also likely the last time I'm saying
We are not getting elfs "guided by nature" is a elf tribal deck from commander 2014 why would they do one they already did.
Finally more likely for spots are popular and sort of iconic tribes that doesn't have a good legendary with tribal support, spirits and werewolfs for example
5 Color Dragons
5 Color Sliver
5 Color Eldrazi Devoid
5 Color Myr
Edit: Still Hoping and dreaming for a Werewolf Tribal or on the extreme end might as well dream for LICID tribal deck!
Other possible tribes: Vampires, Angels, Merfolks.

Agreed, although Werewolves are extremely unlikely due to most werewolves being DFC's (there are three that aren't, and all of those are black).

I find it unlikely that we will get four five color decks. Not impossible mind you, just unlikely. Also, the whole point of the eldrazi is the lack of color.
I am not specifically saying you are wrong with those four, but I doubt we will get more than one five color deck.
As for your three other suggestions, I think Vampires is the most likely to appear. I've made the argument for Grixis UBR Vampires before. Mostly because I want to see the good Baron himself get an updated card. It is a shame to create such a good villain and not use him.
As for Angels, I could see a mono-white, Orzhov WB, or Mardu BRW angel deck, partially because I want to see Selenia and Radiant get new cards, and partially because it would be cool.
And finally, as we will be getting a merfolk vs. goblins duel deck soon(ish), I think a merfolk commander deck is unlikely. But if it should appear, It will most likely be either Azorius WU, Dimir UB, or ESPER colored. Personally I would hope it was Esper colored, as the fans of either Azorius merfolk or Dimir merfolk would complain otherwise. Problem is that I can't see that many named merfolk we know of that would be either Azorius, Dimir, or Esper colored legendary creatures, but WotC have surprised me before. (seriously, I was not expecting Wasitora to ever get a card, and yet here we are. ).

Dinosaurs popularity is right up there with dragon (before magic the gathering) and pirate tribal commander has Ben requested for a long time. And,plus either one those tribal being in would be advertising ixalan.

Is it wrong to suspect them to have 5 deck with the reprint of an updated sliver EDH deck along with Dragons, Wizards, Rouges, Ninja, or Pirate/Dinosaur.
I would be happy with a WUBRG Merfolk legend. But there are a lot of WUBRG legends I'd be happy with.
We likely have Dragons, so maybe they're aiming at classic fantasy tropes for their tribal decks? Wizards would be a good choice as the most prolific mage type, and Warriors or Knights could be cool as either the RPG "Fighter" trope or the classic Knight in shining armor. Abzan Knights would be a good start, but WUBRG Knights would have potential too thanks to cards like Adriana, Captain of the Guard, Skyknight Legionnaire, Sky Hussar, and the ever-popular Rafiq of the Many.
For our fourth type, Rogues fit the RPG Class Trio, but it's hard to say what the crux of their strategy wants to be; dodgy aggro? A UBR Rogue legend would be welcome, but again I wouldn't say no to a WUBRG primary with the UBR being secondary.
Another fantasy race such as Faerie or Giant could be possible, though Giants are less likely if Dragons are in there.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I actually start hoping that we don't get swamped in five-color decks - though there are certainly options. I could imagine e. g. that they consider Humans an unexpected tribe. It's something they have avoided for so long and that's so all over the place that it does not place the sufficient feeling of restritions that support creative deck building. But it certainly opens a lot of options for characters from Magic's history.
Is it wrong to suspect them to have 5 deck with the reprint of an updated sliver EDH deck along with Dragons, Wizards, Rouges, Ninja, or Pirate/Dinosaur.

After they came out and specifically said "Not five decks this time, only four decks"? Yeah, that would be wrong, at least a little bit.
Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."

You guys think this dude eliminates zombies?
I think the four tribal decks will be-
WURBG Dragon Stompy (assumed confirmed)
BGW Elf Ball
UR Wizard Spellslinger
WUBRG Elemental land matters
What I wish they were, however are-
RGW Wolf Zoo
UB Faerie Control
WUBRG Warrior Aggro
(Sigh) If only.
WUBRG Dragons - Red
WUBRG Elves - Green
WUBRG Merfolk - Blue
WUBRG Spirits - Silver
I was going to pick gold for the fourth color, but I realized that silver did a better job representing the two main Spirit colors, white and black.

I don't know what the other 3 decks will be but I exspect each box a different color.
