"When the Second Sun rests between the horns on the horizon, so begins the Hour of Revelation. Then the Hour of Glory, the Hour of Promise, and finally the Hour of Eternity."
There's one name that's conspicuously missing from this list of four, so I can imagine something like, say Prophecy's Winds or Scourge's Decrees - Hour of Glory (anthem-type effect?) sounds white, Hour of Revelation (mass card draw?) blue, Hour of Eternity (mass reanimation?) black, Hour of Devastation (mass destruction?) red, and Hour of Promise (hard to tell) green.
A cycle of five Hour cards seems reasonable. I would guess that Hour of Devastation is black, and the other four RGWU. Hour of Revelation is Planar Cleansing with a cost reduction effect, so perhaps the other Hours are variants of existing spells. I do find it strange that the first Hour is already a wrath, you'd expect that from Hour of Devastation.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I could see the Hour of Eternity being blue, the name sounds like a take an extra turn effect.
I really hope so, but I think they're running out of design space for Time Warp variants (as much as I love them). If it isn't a Time Warp card, it may have something to do with the Eternals coming out to play. Also, maybe the "Blind Eternities"? Maybe the Eternals are named as such because the Lapis Lazuli Lazotep they are coated with allows them to safely traverse the Blind Eternities? Don't even know what a card referring to blue zombies walkin' the planes would look like, but certainly seems blue, amirite?
Anyhow, we're assuming the cycle is:
1. Hour of Revelation (confirmed W)
2. Hour of Glory (confirmed B)
3. Hour of Promise
4. Hour of Eternity
5. Hour of Devastation
Promise sounds the most green of the remaining colors.
Eternity certainly sounds blue (but as the discussion above noted, it's hard to guess what it could be)
Devastation could certainly be red, although I would have guessed black or white if both weren't already taken.
It seems like the cycle is one that is methodically destroying everything (my guess, anyhow).
The first destroys all non-land permanents.
The second takes out an indestructible god that was able to survive the Hour of Revelation.
No idea what the third and fourth will destroy, but if I had to guess on the Hour of Devastation, it would be some kind of mass land destruction spell. Maybe destroy all non-desert lands? It would probably be overcosted like the Hour of Glory was.
Hour of Promise - destroying of the Hekma - Could be something that destroys enchantments (and likely more). (Probably green, if this is the case.)
Hour of Eternity - The worthy will earn a place at the God-Pharaoh's side - perhaps gaining control of creatures. (Probably blue)
Hour of Devastation - Probably a red card if the above is correct.
The Locust God's children started destroying the Hekma in today's Magic Story, which indeed marked the beginning of the Hour of Promise. Also, this card's flavor text refers to the same thing.
So, Hour of Promise is...blue? If it isn't Swarm Intelligence, what does it do?
Hour of Eternity sounds like it has to do with the Eternals. If not for the fact black already went to Glory, I would have guessed it exiles all creature cards from graveyards and creates that many 4/4 black Zombie creature tokens.

Mechanically, turning graveyards into huge tokens is also pretty green.
Hour of promise - will be red or blue like the locust God. I would say red. Removed indestructible? Destroy enchantments or lands?
Hour of eternity - will be blue or black like the Scarab God. I would say blue. Something with eternalized? Not very bluish mechanic but it should be on theme with the Scarab God.
Hour of Devastation - Grixis. I'm not sure but it should be "devastating" Bolas art. Permanents destroyer.
Hour of Eternitycould be something like Creeping Renaissance and would be green and still feel like a reanimation event for the flavor of Eternals rising. Though I like the idea of a green Hour of Promise dealing with enchantments.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
