I was looking at a trailer for Core Set 2012 and I saw Gideon battling a army. I later saw I picture of the Immerstrum, from Planechase Anthology, and it was the same scene. Also, Valla is almost exactly Valhalla, an enormous hall for the honored dead in norse mythology. Another plane is Kaldheim, which translates to "Cold Home" in Norse. WOTC has combined planes before, with Mongseng and Tarkir, so they could potentially do it again. Also, if they do a set like this, we may need a reprint of Gideon. Another speculation is that Saskia the Unyielding is from Valla/Kaldheim, because in the backround of the art for her, there are warriors that kind of look like vikings. I would love to see a reprint for Saskia in the future.
I wouldn't hold my breath. That video was never canon and was made during a time when Mafic story was handled very differently. Also, planes haven't been really combined before as much as they have just been rebranded (I'll use the same example you did. Mongseng was just an earlier version of Tarkir.)
There's plenty of planes that don't get attention today, and a lot of them seem like one offs - like Vryn, which Jace is from, seems to have Stargate-style rings everywhere. No more characterization than that. So many planes are just one-offs for interesting ideas that may be too restrictive to flesh out.
The last norse stuff was from Ice Age block, and WoTC seems reluctant to touch that again.

A block on a plane with either of those names is unlikely. Arkhos was renamed Theros, and Mongseng was renamed Tarkir (and it was actually Khanar in between for awhile). However, a Norse mythology plane is definitely on the "short list," according to Maro (meaning that it is a plane that they intend to create eventually). The reason why they haven't done it yet and they did a lot of other planes first (Greek, Egyptian, steampunk, "Indian") is that Coldsnap already used Norse elements relatively recently (but not that recently). However, that's hardly fair as Coldsnap was single, frankly low-quality set that has been mostly forgotten. We should, and most likely will, get an actual Norse plane and a real Norse block soon enough.
Ramaz is another hint towards a Norse plane. He was a vaguely Norse-looking, GUR-aligned planeswalker in Duels of the Planeswalkers 2014 (I think?) and was the main villain (an agent of Bolas) that Chandra fought in a final battle Kaldheim (again, the name could change). Normally, DotP games are dubiously canon but they actually referenced him in a "Checking in on the Planeswalkers" article, so they may have plans for him.

She might be. They never mentioned what plane she lives on, so it's all speculation.
She definitely has the baldovian look though.
