Skullclamp would be a good inclusion.
They could and probably will finish off the Sword of X & Y cycle - War and Peace, Body and Mind. Umezawa's Jitte would be another popular one. Swiftfoot Boots
Both Phyrexian and Ashnod's Altar.
Lorewise, i don't think Jitte (because for Kaladeshians, who's Umezawa?) would happen... Same for phyrexian and Ashnod's altar.
The Chain Veil would be strange to happen because it is a cursed magical item that is unique (Legendary).
IMO, Chalice of the Void is almost certain. Oblivion Stone is a good call, but not certain.
A lot of good suggestions here, some seem obvious, like the last swords, Wurmcoil, Chalice, Bridge and some more Affinity staples. Ornithopter would be unlikely, but hilarious.
How about an artifact EDH general? I'm sure people would love to have a masterpiece as their commander, what's the most popular one? Memnarch? Sharuum the Hegemon?

Cycle of Swords? (Missing enemy ones + Full allied color cycle printed in the set?) Sword of War and Peace Sword of Body and Mind
Sword of W and U
Sword of U and B
Sword of B and R
Sword of R and G
Sword of G and W
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.

I'm thinking about getting a case, but if they print the allied swords it's guaranteed that I will
I'm really hoping for a Wurmcoil engine and chalice of the void, love those cards, maybe a steel hellkite?

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Expeditions had the five Battlelands, and Kaladesh Inventions has the Gearhulks. Both of which were also the first five cards in their respective listings.

Whats with the sugegstions of artifacts that would never exist in Kaladesh...
I'm pretty sure that Brighthearth is a place on Lorwyn, but some rings from there made it into the last batch.
The word "Brighthearth" also can also mean other things, not just a place. The artifact has nothing to makes it strictly in Loweryn unlike legendary artifacts like Meemnarch and Sharuum. Or specific legendary cards like Umezawa's Jitte and The Chain Veil
Nobody has brought it up yet, but the Kaladesh Inventions start with the 5 gearhulks and then begin in alphabetical order with Aether Vial at 6/54, ending with the three swords at 28/54, 29/54, and 30/54.
I assume the two new swords are 31/54 and 32/54, followed by Inventions that carry on in alphabetization, then followed with X number of Aether Revolt-specific cards rounding out the numerics (i.e. 50/54 - 54/54).
Therefore, I think the only Inventions that'll be in Aether Revolt, other than some Aether Revolt-specific artifacts and artifact creatures, are artifacts and artifact creatures that begin at Swo- up to Zz-.
Anything like Engineered Explosives was skipped over as evidenced by it being absent from the first thirty Inventions. It would have been between Crucible of Worlds (11/54) and Gauntlet of Power (12/54).
And I'm speculation which ones are going to be in this one
I have the following for predictions
Wurmcoil engine
Voltaic key
Arcbound ravager
But we know The other 2 swords by default are master pieces because we have the other 3 in kaladesh
Sword of War and Peace
Sword of Body and Mind
Those are just a few ideas I had.
(Edit Ben informed metalworker and grim monolith are reserved so I took them out.)
What are your ideas?
I predict Ensnaring Bridge. I like your other 3 predictions.

Reality is only what man allows it to be. Few shape it so that many may accept it.
Good to know and thanks
Removed those 2 from the list
And oh yea ensnaring bridge that's a good guess.
Building: Varina

Oblivion Stone is a good call, but not certain.
Some possibilities...
Spellskite
engineered explosives
Staff of Domination
Trinisphere
Damping Matrix
vedalken shackles
Batterskull
Sensei's Divining Top would be awesome, but a little lore-forced too
howling mine and winter orb would be meh, but are possibilities, too.
And probably there will be a 5 card cycle from AER
swiftfoot boots
coalition relic
winter orb
caged sun
crystalline crawler
basalt monolith
burnished hart
voltaic key
unwinding clock
clock of omens
Also apologies if I repeated any entries.
EDIT: Removed lion's eye diamond
Dang, I thought I checked that. Good catch.
Yes it is

Seeing as Vedalken are on Kaladesh, Vedalken Orrery and Vedalken Shackles are must-includes.
These are reprints I'd like to see, though sadly not all of them can make it in.

I doubt that there will be Aether Revolt cards in this. The Expeditions didn't have any Oath cards in them.
Standard - Some kind of control
Modern - UB Mill (casual)
EDH - Meren's Grave Shenanigans
