When the full decklists become available, you may notice that we did some unusual things with the mana bases. We normally don't put rare dual lands in Commander preconstructed decks. We prefer to put those types of cards into products intended for a wider audience, such as our main booster releases or Masters products. We knew that four-color decks presented a special challenge for getting access to all of your colors of mana, so we spent some time identifying rare dual lands that we didn't think we'd want to put into booster packs in the near future. We put a few of those cards into the Commander 2016 decks to help the decks run smoothly.
Im expecting check lands(dragonskull summit) and mayber the scry temples
Filters would be amazing. Too strong for standard and dont fit the theme of the next modern masters
I think painlands and/or scry temples and/or checklands are reasonable. Scry temples would actually be a really good fit, simply because you can scry away lands whose color you don't need, thus actively helping you even more with color fixing. Additionally, their flavor is very specific and thus probably won't see Standard for a long time, so they could mean these lands....
Of course, as probably everyone else, I'm also hoping for fetches and shocks
They could easily put a single ally and emeny fetch, shock and filter in each deck. This will give them all chase cards. of course the blue decks will be hold more value...wait, 4 of them are blue, but nope I doubt wotc would do something that would actually help the community and devalue the secondary market.
Painlands are my first guess of course. The more I hear about the scrylands, the more I'm leaning that way also. I know they were met with some derision when first announced, but has their reputation improved any?
I'd also expect the BFZ tango lands since they have land types and are recent.

Not unless they do those long rumored snow duals, but that's a pipe dream too.
Looking at the crunch, there's room for nearly 50 non-basic lands. That's a lot of lands. Even throwing in the full ten cycles of something like the painlands and the tangos, there's still room for something like the "reveal a creature" lands from Lorwyn, plus a lot of one-shots like Mana Confluence and the like.
Well, okay then.
These are going to play a lot clunkier than they could have,
but I guess WotC didn't want to reprint the Battlelands (or even the enemy Checklands, apparently).

I still possible we'll get the enemy version of check lands
But if not I think the pain lands are the placeholder.
Pain lands and filter lands play with each other just fine. Check lands play with basic land-cycling just fine. It's also still possible that we see slow fetches at uncommon, which play well with check lands. This doesn't eliminate plenty of other useful color-fixing lands at uncommon, like various tri-lands, the Vivids, and storage lands. Also, with 50ish land slots in the set, there are plenty of one-offs at both rare and uncommon we might see: Ancient Ziggurat, Gemstone Mine, and Myriad Landscape can go in any deck. Then there's Ally Encampment, which seems very likely to fit a sub-theme for the artifact deck, I thought I saw Murmuring Bosk mentioned, which is likely for the non-blue deck, and many more possibilities.
Well, that was unfortunate. I don't find these interesting at all, but hopefully someone will. A new cycle might have gotten me to buy these.
Edit: Actaully, this makes me wonder why Wizards wouldn't want to print these lands in a regular set. I personally hate pain lands and the filters are pretty much better signets, but what's wrong with Checklands?

If they want slightly better manabases,
it should be Mirage Fetches + Battlelands.
