To me it seems Chandra, Torch of Defiance was not the end of 4 Mana 4 ability Planeswalkers. It might even be the opposite, where the creators are maybe thinkin that each Origins Walker should have a 4 Mana 4 ability Planeswalker; as in endin the Jace-cycle.
i personally would embrace this idea. oK, Jace probably doesnt Need another banned Card but i would absolutely love to see such a cycle.
It would fit like in the case of Chandra to have them on their home plane gettin their "insert ....., the Mindsculptor" Walker.
Heck i wouldnt even mind if they do another 4 Mana 4 ability Jace, but only done right this time to give Modern more toys & allow Planeswalkers to shine there too.

{-2} Return target nonland-permanent to ist owners Hand.
{-3] You get an Emblem with: Sacrifice this Emblem, Exile target Spell.
{-7} Draw 3 Cards, then take 3 turns after this one.
Liliana, Necromantic Queen 2BB (4)
{+1} Exile target Creature Card from a Graveyard: Create a 2/2 black Zombie Creature Token.
