The only way I can see Tezz being Esper is to fill the role Tamiyo did Moon, but since he already has art that has been revealed to us (at PAX) he will most like appear in his UB alignment

Ajani has been stated to be Selesnya aligned. He could very well be Naya colored, but there isn't anything preventing Tezzeret from being Esper. And why would his art being revealed make him Dimir colored?

With his planeswalker card art revealed, it shows that this not the case with Tez abd that he will most likely fill a mono or dual color spot. I'm not saying that he won't be tri-color, I'm just saying it's less likely.
As for Tez being esper, I doubt that as his only connection is the shard he grew up on. He has not been shown to have any traces of W in him, being a very selfish and self-centered man by definition.

Tamiyo wasn't added late. They knew going in that fans would want a Tamiyo card, so they were working to find a way to include her and the five they had planned. Where are you getting that she was added late?
And you can be a color because of actions/abilities too. All it would take to get Tezz as Esper is to use White means to achieve Dimir ends. Using the Consulate for his own purposes would qualify I think. Whether or not you agree I imagine if Tezzeret is Esper that will be a big part of the justification. At least it would be less of a jump than Tamiyo.
Tezzeret being white is definitely possible. He manipulates laws and authority for personal gain, typical Orzhov behavior. It's true that he doesn't care about other people, but that doesn't prove he's not white (again, look at the Orzhov). A multicolored character does not have to demonstrate every trait of every color which they are. Bolas is red but he isn't impulsive. Sarkhan is blue but he doesn't seek knowledge. Sorin frequently kills innocent people without remorse. This is especially apparent when the color identity contains an enemy pair, and, unsurprisingly, white and black are enemies. For a character that is both white and black, black can contradict white's selflessness (or white can contradict black's selfishness). If there's any time for Tezzeret to be partly white, it's while he's the head judge, in a position of authority and using laws to his advantage.
While being from a plane doesn't have to make a person all of the colors of mana found on that plane, this often happens with the shards of Alara. Notice that the majority of Alara's legendary creatures are shard-colored. Specifically, the colors of their home shard. Being from Esper doesn't guarantee a WUB color identity, but it certainly makes it more likely.
We have seen several times that planeswalker color identity's are sometimes chosen for balance reasons rather than story reasons. Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver would have been mono-blue if not for the need for a black planeswalker in the Theros block. Sarkhan Unbroken was originally Jund but changed to Temur so he would be playable in a wedge-colored deck in standard. Tamiyo, Field Researcher was Bant despite Tamiyo being only slightly green and white because she couldn't be mono-blue because Jace was in SOI and she was the sixth planeswalker. Tezzeret is clearly more white than Sarkhan is blue. Even if you don't think that he is white as a character, that might not even matter because, like it or not, game balance is a higher priority than perfectly accurate character portrayal.
It's possible that we could get a Naya Ajani and a Dimir Tezzeret in Aether Revolt, as well as just Dimir Tezzeret or some other combination, but Selesnya Ajani and Esper Tezzeret shouldn't be eliminated as a possibility.

My point is they mostly likely won't make an three colored planewalker in a non-multicolored set unless it is the case as with SoI block and Tamiyo. If this is the case with Kaladesh (which it is looking like), it would make more sense to have a WGR Ajani then UBW Tezzeret. Story-wise Ajani seems closer to red then Tezzeret does to white as well.

Sure, but there are reasons that they could make Tezzeret Esper that don't have to do with color identity. Maybe (throwing out a theoretical) a Dimir Tezzeret lead to a difficult artifact deck to deal with, but they didn't want to dismantle the deck or make Tezzeret completely useless, so they bumped him to tricolor in order to make him narrow to use. Or something at least along those lines. Would be a reason to make Tezzeret Esper without having anything to do with colors, and would explain why they'd pick him over Ajani.
