Between Emrakthulhu's (my personal nickname for the new Emrakul) cost reduction ability, her collector's number (it looks like there will be a fair few colorless cards, and it would only make sense to have non-creature spells in there), and Delirium, I think that we may be getting a few cards with Tribal. Innistrad also has that tribal subtheme, so it would make sense here for that as well. I know that it is an 8 or 9 on the storm scale, but if there is ever a place for it, this is the one.

MaRo has stated, repeatedly and emphatically, that he dislikes Tribal as a mechanic, wishes they had never used it (or that they had used it from the start), and that we are not ever going to see it again outside of supplemental products.
