I think #1 priority should be a decent burn spell, second to that reprint of Cavern of Souls.
Based on previous comments and attitudes from WotC, I would not be surprised if they don't print a decent burn spell until Falkenrath Gorger has rotated out of Standard, since red's ability to cast playable in Standard burn spells was part of the reason they never printed 2/1 for 1 cmc in red without some kind of drawback or condition or something previously, even if it would make sense with the color pie flavor wise. So I would not be surprised if your wish for a decent burn spell is deemed not allowed in the current Standard by WotC. Given that there are hints they've decided things like Lightning Strike and Atarka's Command are too strong of burn for Standard and/or Limited, based on some of the comments we've heard from them in social media and articles and such, it's possible burn is permanently dead in Standard, although I hope I'm wrong about this. If I'm right, and we're lucky, it'll just be a temporary thing while they scale back on burn to explore other parts of red's color pie in powerful ways that affect Modern and other non-rotating formats beneficially in the long term and help expand red's portion of the color pie in fun ways. If I'm wrong, we'll be even more lucky and get burn back and they'll explore more parts of red's color pie anyway.
Just warning you so you don't get your hopes up for the most part though.
Not that its going to happen but what if the Saviors of Inninstrad happened to be a bunch of W Eldrazi? We only saw one W Eldrazi in Oath. Could be a very ironic twist.
Okay, back from La-la land. I think we may see Emrakul, that's it.
that would actually be a sweet plot twist but unlikely to happen
No, a sweet plot twist would be that the Eldritch Horror that the Skirsdag cult has been worshiping for 10k years is not an Eldrazi at all but something entirely different.

Your getting names confused. Skirsdag where serving Griselbrand. Runo Stromkirk and his line of vamps worship an as of yet unnamed sea god.
And its to bad they gave Olivia another card. Would have been nice to get Edgar Markov or one of the other head vamps.
Would also be nice if the reprinted Gisa and Geralf or gave them new cards in EMN.

It's been pretty clear that the Cults have been worshiping something ancient for a very long time, the Selhoff Occultist of the original Innistrad hints towards it, and the many cults that came to the front in SOI nails it. Skirsdag served Griselbrand, yes, but they where likely active before his appearance, just as they are active after his death. There is a world of difference between serving something and worshiping something.

Unfortunately you are probably right, burn is most likely dead as we know it. That doesn't mean we wont get one good spell every so often, doubtful to get multiple.
712.5b The controller of another player can't make choices or decisions for that player that aren't called for by the rules or by any objects. The controller also can't make any choices or decisions for the player that would be called for by the tournament rules.
Example: The player who's being controlled still chooses whether he or she leaves to visit the restroom, trades a card to someone else, agrees to an intentional draw, or calls a judge about an error or infraction.
Id be quite happy with either Kindle or Incinerate, I mean shock is fine but it isn't a great burn spell. Kindle would be very nice, or something like a fire bolt.
5. Sanctuary Cat appearing in some form, and that form not being dead, undead, crazy, or corrupted. Sorry, I'm a cat person and a Sanctuary Cat fan in particular, and I feel like Innistrad needs something like that to be not corrupted or destroyed (if only thanks to luck) if only to contrast against all the corrupted, crazy, killed/unmade, or undead things, and I personally want it to be Sanctuary Cat.
Agree on that. A return of the 1/2 cat would be nice. Am a cat person too. Currently own 3 adult cat and 4 kittens.
Ok, now. For things I really hope to see..
1. The return of "Undying"
2. Even just one decent green undying card at GG or GGG cmc would be enough. Please WOTC. >__<
3. Tribal Archetypes need more support. The tribes of Innistrad are one of the selling points of the plane. However, Shadows only really supported one tribe. That being Humans. Tribes like werewolves, zombies and such need more and better support. I want to see these archetypes in standard. They really didn't get great support. Hopefully EMN will change that.
... At the same time, the Zombie mechanic of eating creatures out of your graveyard worked great in Limited, but was never even close to being in Constructed. In an ideal world, we could line up what the tribes were doing in Limited and still find a way for that to be the Constructed deck. I don't think we ended up getting there 100% in Shadows over Innistrad, but I think it comes pretty close—or at least it will by the end of the block. This may be a spoiler, but Eldritch Moon will have additional Humans, Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies, and Spirits for your decks.

1. Chandr'mrakul
2. GW human captain to round out DKA's Immerwolf/Drogskol Captain/Stromkirk Captain/Diregraf Captain cycle
3. Incinerate at common. Standard is getting out of hand.
4. Tribal spells
5. The Black-White Gisela/Bruna/Sigarda sister hinted at in that story. Not sure how it'd play into the fiction now, but these cycles are serious business!
I feel like one of the biggest themes on this block is turning out to be cards that care about card types in the graveyard. First delirium and now Emrakul, the Promised End's cost reduction mechanic. If WOTC were ever to bring back the tribal card type, then this is the set to do it in.
Also Tarmogoyf is waiting on the sidelines to get back into standard. If it doesn't happen in this block, then it never will.
-Edit (rather post back to back in the same thread)
I want Gisa and Geralf to get new cards and be playable in standard this time (rather than just commander). I could easily see Gisa siding with Emrakul since and in the story become something similar to Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet since she was helping Nahiri build the Drownyard in SOI.
I gotta say, Tarmogoyf's new art has it looking freaky enough to tangle with Emrakul's abominations.
I mean, after the tease that is baby 'Goyf Moldgraf Scavenger and the revelation of Emrakul having delirium plus - this would be the most appropriate set for Tarmogoyf.
Edit: Y'know, unveiling Tarmogoyf for this set would be like the unveiling of the T-Rex in Jurrasic World to fight against the Indominous Rex.
We did see Nissa in the trailer btw. She could be the one who summons Tarmogoyf(s) in desperation.
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.

It would be utterly, undeniably badass.
A Tarmogoyf-esque card maybe but actual Tarmogoyf? I'm 99.9% sure that wizards would not do that.
Development-wise would be a hell no, design-wise it's a perfect fit.
Tarmogoyf would probably only see standard print as an expedition rare in a 'graveyard' block featuring flashback, unearth and delve frequently emptying the graveyards, Bojuka Bog gets reprinted with the basic supertype and the cheapest thoughtseize effect being Persecute for card type X for as little graveyard variance as possible. Also Rest in Peace.

Immerwolf is a no-go since they don't use intimdate anymore.
Cavern is a good choice since it has good interblock synergy with Allies and Eldrazi from BfZ.

How about this?
They should give us Kindle, Incinerate, or Thunderbolt. Heck, I'd even settle for Shock.
