I *hope* they ban all the turn 1 fast mana.
One of the eldrazi lands, SSG, and Mox Opal. Seriously T1 fast mana is broken in a format without force or daze.
But I don't think they will do that, so Modern will still suck unless you like playing ravager or goblin guide or pump spells. Or spending $2K to play Jund I guess.
I can only hope for unbans, but I think they absolutely will not do that at the same time they try to stop Eldrazi winter. Most of the unban talk is just wishful thinking from players who would like to play with those cards. Just think about it, if they unban something now, everyone who now has to stop playing Eldrazi will rush to break what the unban. They want to stabalize, not create a whole nother unstable environment.
Why? Fast mana is part of the game and gives decks that otherwise have no chance in the format, a chance at being viable. Yeah, it encourages combo decks, but who cares? Those should be allowed to exist in some capacity. I'm all for an Eldrazi ban because that deck has gotten a little degenerate, but Mox Opal sees play in Poached Eggs, Affinity, and Lantern Control, and Cheerios. Without it, those decks also lose a lot and punishing all of them because they play a Legendary fast mana enabler seems wrong. Eye of Ugin going also affects Tron, so I'd personally rather see Eldrazi Temple/Mimic or both go. If you want to encourage format diversity, then bans need to be as deck-specific as possible otherwise the collateral damage does more harm than good. Simian Spirit Guide should stay too. Restore Balance, Living End, and several other decks use it as a mana enabler, not to say that Grishoalbrand doesn't abuse it to win early, but if you hate Grishoalbrand that much, then just ban Goryo's Vengeance because I don't know of any other deck that uses that card.
Honestly, I think we are only going to see Eldrazi Temple Banned...
As for unbans, Wizards is conservative as hell about unbans, but I think bringing Splinter Twin back would be worthwhile. It makes control worth playing and allows players to play with interaction against otherwise "fast" and non-interactive decks.

If at first you forget to maximize the swag, git gud, you filthy casul...
One of my friends mentioned, that WotC SHOULD ban Eye of Ugin, and Tron SHOULD be nerfed. Why?
Once Eldrazi gets nerfed, aggro decks will rise to the top again, like they did between the Twin banning and the release of OGW. To keep these aggro decks in check, we need interactive police decks (these would probably be Jund, with maybe a few UR variants). But what shuts down these interactive police decks? Tron. Now Tron may not be big enough right now to make a difference. But if they ban Temple, and then Tron somehow becomes big enough, I can imagine WotC unbanning Temple and banning Eye.
