Curiously enough, Grove of the Burnwillows, Nimbus Maze, River of Tears, Horizon Canopy and Dryad Arbor all have space in the number crunch (although not all of them at the same time! so a reprint of any of these (and another four from their cycle) is at this point, not ruled out (although unlikely for some) - River of Tears sounds like a location in Nephalia, but then I was saying that during Theros as well.
I'd love to see any of these, but I'm still on team Madlands.
My math must be off, why would River of Tears need twenty cards? There's still only ten different color combos after all. As for Grove of the Burnwillows you're exactly right, Wizards should just come up with a short-form for that excuse given how much we hear that.
Oh! I get it now. Kind of doubt we'll ever get a full River cycle then - twenty cards, at this point, would take a long time to get printed, and it's not really a good dual anyway..
So the theory still kind of holds, none of the Future Sight lands are cancelled out. It's worth mentioning that Wizards miiiight do a full cycle of this "ritual land", but probably not because it's absolutely terrible as a card.
Not looking great, but there's still five slots between Tamiyo's Journal and the known lands to work with. Surprisingly, none of the Future Sight lands are out, still. (Dryad Arbor still fits in which is kind of funny)
I hope I'm wrong, but I suspect that Wizards is trying to slow down the mana-fixing in Standard. There may not even be a cycle of rare dual lands in SOI. We may be stuck with the lands we've got already.
What if they brought back the Riftstone Portal template for SOI duals? Maybe swap the for dual colors and an ETB drawback.
They could also consider another restricted rainbow land like Corrupted Crossroads, only this one restricts you to spells with Madness.
Maybe Reflecting Pool will be reprinted? That would work great in Standard alongside the Battleland duals while not pushing for 3+ color decks. And it even works well with Wastes!
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Something like
"UW CheckTaint
Add 1 to your mana pool.
Add u or w to your mana pool. Activate this ability only if you control a plains or island."
Plays nice with colorless matters stuff and gives us another half cycle to beg them to complete.

- River of Tears would need 20 cards to be a full cycle.
- Nimbus Maze plys well with the battlelands, while Horizon Canopy fuels Delirium.

But what if you want B normally, and U if you have landfall?
I could see, some day, a cycle of just River of's. River of Tears, River of Life, River of Stars, River of Storms. But not in Innistrad.
