lets not rule out the raven man here either could be a new walker if not atleast a legendary
He has no reason to be on Innistrad either.
Why not?
Rather than ask why not, you should ask yourself Why he would show up there. And if you say Liliana, you're dead wrong.
Again, why?
He and Liliana is tied to Innistrad, we saw that with the Origin stories so I see no reason why both of them shouldn´t be on innistrad, getting a card or not.

Lily no longer has any ties to Innistrad, once she killed Griselbrand she was done with the plane, and considering all the things she did in Innistrad to get to the point of killing said demon, it would be extremely hazardous to her health to return there. Hazardous in the sense that roughly half the plane, including a 10 millenia old vampire planeswalker wants her dead. Let's list them:
The majority of the humans of the plane (including the Church of Avacyn) wants her dead for killing and zombifying half of Thraben, not to mention their high priest.
Avacyn and her angels want her dead for the above reason and for releasing hundreds of demons by forcing Thalia to destroy the Helvault.
The remaining humans of the plane (mostly Necromancers and Skaaberen) wants her dead because she released Avacyn, which means that the angels will start hunting them again.
The Vampires of Innistrad wants to kill her because she killed a large portion of their food source because of what she pulled in Thraben, plus she released Avacyn.
Sorin wants to kill her because she killed half of Thraben thus endangering the vampires of Innistrad's food source. The only reason he doesn't bother to track her down is because she released Avacyn, his Shepherd. Sorin never forgives, Sorin never forgets, so if they cross paths, he will kill her. But he won't actively seek her out.
The Demons of Innistrad wants her dead because she killed Griselbrand.
In conclusion, if she goes back there, she is going to get killed, messily. Very messily. And since she has no further business on the plane, she doesn't have a reason to. Remember, Lily cares only about one thing, Lily.

I'd say there are only two planeswalkers that are "locks":
Jace: He was a major player in BFZ and didn't get a card, and he's the face of SOI; he WILL get a card. It may not be a new card, though. I could see them reprinting Memory Adept of Beleren with the new art.
Nahiri: Her presence in the story is now confirmed by the leaked cards, and it's looking like she could be a/the main villain, so a card for her is certain. RW seems a safe guess, but it could go several ways.
That's it. Yes, it's possible that Tibalt, Tamiyo, or Garruk could show up, but we have no compelling reason to belive that they WILL. I also doubt any of the other Gatewatchers will be with him, I predict Ugin is going to send them all off on different missions at the conclusion of OGW's story. As for those predicting Liliana and Sorin, you really need to keep up on the Uncharted Realms. Liliana has NO reason to be on Innistrad. She killed her demon there, and still has two more to track down. I know Wizards said that the Origin 5 will all be relevant to the story in the coming years, but any reason that they could give for her to have gone back to Innistrad will be contrived and forced. Don't worry, Liliana fans, I have every confidence that she will be the face character of the block after SOI, probably on a new place. Just have patience.
As for Sorin... Last we saw him was talking to Ugin. Ugin asked Sorin to find Nahiri and meet him on Zendikar, something he clearly did NOT want to do. He knew that she was alive, so it's reasonable to assume he knew where she was; anything beyond that is just speculation on our part at this point. He doesn't want to look for Nahiri, but he also doesn't want have to confront Ugin, so he's likely hiding. And if you're trying to avoid someone, I feel that the LAST place you would go to hide is your home plane. I don't expect Sorin to pop back up for awhile.

I would argue that Sorin is very likely in SOI block, mostly because it is literally his home plane, and Nahiri is there looking for him, as is Jace. If something goes wrong on Innistrad he will come running, and something has gone very, very wrong on Innistrad.

Avacyn had been sealed in the Helvault for years (decades? Centuries?) before Sorin showed up and realized how bad things had gotten. I don't believe any planeswalker has the ability to sense what's going on on another plane, even their home plane. I think Nahiri is wreaking havoc on Innistrad as revenge, not to lure Sorin there.

Your continued complaint hinges on one assumption:
That Liliana managed to kill more people than Geralf and Gisa, and put on a show so grand as to tell everyone in Innistrad first-hand what happened.
Did she showboat for Thalia? Absolutely, that was part of the plan. Did anyone else in Thraben catch wind? Probably. Can't be certain.
Would any of that compare to the sudden, in a literal glorious shaft of light, return of their guardian Avacyn? Especially when said necromancer seems to disappear immediately afterwards?
Demons wouldn't give a crap about Griselbrand. They're the embodiment of black mana, they only care about themselves; Liliana seemed pretty focused; and some of the stupider ones probably thought that it was just one of those temporary killings that Demons on Innistrad go through.
The word could probably spread faster that Thalia was the one who freed Avacyn, and thus the ire of the various monster races would turn to her, not the necromancer with a convoluted plan. Remember: We know of no one but Mikaeus knowing the secret of the Helvault, and if it's that close to Thraben, you'd figure more people would've seen the fight that led to Avacyn's capture. On that subject, which would the church want to share with the world? That one of their Faithful Servants freed their Angel from an unknown imprisonment by dark forces? Or that some filthy necromancer did?
We know precisely jack crap about what Sorin did on Innistrad. If he was that obsessed with precisely maintaining the balance, would he made Avacyn, instead of monitoring the plane himself. We certainly heard no word of anything happening to Gisa and Geralf, who did something similar, or to the Voldaren's who are really towing the line.
And none of this is even to say you're wrong. It's to say we just don't know.
Edit: I'll also say this, because it's better to get things out in the open: I don't care. Whether she appears or not, I don't care, she's not even close to my favorite walker or character. I just have a problem with this condescending, vitriolic tone you have with anyone who thinks so. I apologize if my responses have been similarly sharp.

As soon as he appeared there, he knew that something was wrong and started to make his way towards Thraben... Then he got waylayed by an upstart half-devil planeswalker...
Anyway, the point is, he knew something was wrong as soon as he got back. And he felt the tug of the Eye of Ugin after Jace, Chandra, and Sarkhan broke the lock. Personally I find it highly unlikely he wouldn't show up in the block because after what happened last time he had an extended leave of absence, things went to pot quite rapidly, so he is likely to check in on his Shepherd and livestock relatively often in case something similar would happen again.
Rather than ask why not, you should ask yourself Why he would show up there. And if you say Liliana, you're dead wrong.

Oh please, Geralf and Gisa couldn't even get through the gates on their own. Besides, Thalia and her people without a doubt told the rest of the Church exactly what happened. And if the Church knows, Avacyn knows. And if Avacyn knows, you can be damned sure that Sorin knows.
So, don't know how to quote with out that little quote button so just copy/pasting, I was certain that when BFZ was rolling out we had confirmation of 4 of the origin walkers in BFZ and Lily would sit out and be seen in the next block. It does't say that but it seems to imply.
magistermystax asked: Does the move towards a main cast mean we'll have the Origins planeswalkers in every block?
It does. Not forever, but for the time being. These are the main characters who we are going to be following. That doesn’t mean we won’t see other planeswalkers (because we will) but these five will be the focus.
We did mention at the panel that all of the Origins 5 save Liliana (who we’ll see soon) is in the Battle for Zendikar block story.
unknownwarrior33 asked: What I've heard about the Comic Con panel makes me really concerned that Garruk, Ajani, and many other Planeswalkers I like are pretty much gone for good as the focus changes to the Planeswalkers in Origins (none of whom I particularly like). Are my concerns founded?
In the panel, we revealed that in addition to Gideon, Nissa, Jace and Chandra (Liliana isn’t in the Zendikar story but we’ll see her soon), we’ll also see Ob Nixilis, Kiora and Ugin, so we’re making sure characters other than the Origins 5 keep showing up.
Dammit Liliana! You're not supposed to show up in this block.
LOL as soon as I saw that picture, I thought of you krishnath :D:D:D:D:D:D
speculation sure is a fun game

I am trying to get better at making decks. I have had trouble creating more competitive decks as I only really build with the cards I have. I dont have that many value cards, in function or expense. I (almost) never play at FNM type events so its not like im playing against $2k decks. If I do usally play at one, Its a draft or limited game. Any advice on building decks is greatly supported! DMs are appreciated.
Thank you!
To put it more simply, it's like saying, "I can prove Jesus is real and loves you. See? Here's my Hispanic friend Jesus. He's had a crush on you for a long time. Tell em' Jesus."
Here's a joke! Whats the internal temperature of a Taun-Taun?
Considering the recent leaks and announcements I guess
SOI
-Jace U
-Nahiri RW
-Tibalt BR
EMN
-Lilliana B
-Green Walker* GX or Sorin BW
We don't have too many options for the Green walker:
-Xenagos and Freyalise are both dead.
-Domri, Ajani, Sarkhan and Kiora seems very unlikely to show up on Innistrad (I can see Domri chilling with the Werewolfs, but I wouldn't hold my breath for that)
This leaves us with Nissa, Garruk and Vraska.
-We just got a Nissa card and even though the walkers from the Gatewatch might go to Innistrad to help Jace in wathever he's doing there, I don't think they'll get cards
-Garruk would make sense both story-wise and sales-wise, considering he's a popular planeswalker we haven't seen in a while. However, I personally prefer not to see him again in Innistrad. I mean, Garruk chasing Lilliana was what his business in the original Innistrad block was all about.
-Vraska seems like the best pick for me. She has personal problems with Jace and could show up there to chase him. Though if I had illegal business in Ravnica I'd take advantage of the absence of the Living Guildpact on the plane to do my thing.
We could just get a new Green Planeswalker or now Green Walker at all. BFZ had 0 new Walkers. I know they said they would introduce less characters so they can use the ones they already have more often, but 1 new walker a year seems resonable.
If it is something stupid like "she *vuw's* Jace", I swear I'm going to get angry, really terribly angry.

Yeah, I guess it would be pretty popular, but it is something we might now see very often. Both Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker and Sarkhan Unbroken were printed in sets with a heavy multicolor support.
We do have some characters that could show up as 3-color card Planeswalker in a near future: Ramaz (I guess he's Temur), Naya Ajani and another Grixis Nicol Bolas.
Rather than ask why not, you should ask yourself Why he would show up there. And if you say Liliana, you're dead wrong.

Liliana confirmed for the second block, Eldritch Moon. Does this mean Tamiyo too?
It is technically possible for six planeswalkers to show up in a block, they do have a little leeway.

LOL as soon as I saw that picture, I thought of you krishnath :D:D:D:D:D:D
speculation sure is a fun game
I invision a future where one is not mighty when he can silence a crowd with brutality,
but when he leaves them speechless with wisdom.
I still think it is illogical for her to show up, but they apparently found a (hopefully) good reason.
If it is something stupid like "she *vuw's* Jace", I swear I'm going to get angry, really terribly angry.

From the wiki: . She managed to assuage him and persuaded him to join her on a diner date [on ravnica]. It was interrupted by the arrival of Gideon Jura who begged Jace for help with the Eldrazi on Zendikar. When Jace asked her to help him she refused. She then questioned him on why he would go with the muscle-bound gorilla and not help her.
So liliana was mad that gideon was interrupting their date so she didnt help! It gets better.
Thank you!

Lily is only interested in Jace as to so far he can help her. As soon as she has gotten what she wants from him, she'll drop him like a bag of kittens in a lake. Lily is a bad, bad girl, and we love her for it.

We do have some characters that could show up as 3-color card Planeswalker in a near future: Ramaz (I guess he's Temur), Naya Ajani and another Grixis Nicol Bolas.
