Is there a point left to this thread other than Custom Card Creation? With new art revealing a focus on the *two* Titans and their *two* broods and *two* types of waste effects... it seems like the big number three won't show up in the two-set block.
There is space for a third waste in the crunch. There's also space for emrakul and you know they will want to do a story with it like kozi. Sure, there's art with the other two together, but that doesn't mean emrakul is gone. It just wasn't there at sea gate.
There's also some reason the final mythic wasn't spoiled when the leaker had every card in the set. So how many boxes does 9 expeditions take? 😜 Also, why spoil all those common lands if not to hint at the open spot for a third wastes?

The similar flavour text and titling for Newlamog and New Kozilek, as well as their augmented cast trigger homages, also hint that Emrakul will fit in the third slot in the (hypothetical) cycle.
I have not yet seen any illustration of any land that has been blighted in a way that does not fit the two already revealed/spoiled titans. And we should hear about a third "twist" on the Eldrazi identity for the third brood.

I can see where you are coming from, but apparently you are just seeing things:
Quote from blogatog »
manacharged asked: Will Wastes occupy the basic land slot or a common slot in OGW boosters?
Common. It appears two times on the common sheet though so it appears twice as often.
No third Wastes in the common sheet. Probably some not yet revealed-by-name nonbasic land that is a "valley" or "volcanic" etc.
The similar flavour text and titling for Newlamog and New Kozilek, as well as their augmented cast trigger homages, also hint that Emrakul will fit in the third slot in the (hypothetical) cycle.
I don't know about these hints and your description does not help me with figuring out what you are refering to. Are these possibly just similarities between two members of a two-card cycle? What makes a third member more likely?

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
Well, we already know there's a possible third member of the cycle since there are 3 eldrazi titans and if emrakul is in Oath, its flavor text would probably say "A ____ as ____ as ____ itself." It'll also probably be a 15/15.
As for what Maro said about Wastes, it could be that there's 3 of them at 2 each. I mean technically they count as 2 different cards since they have 2 different card numbers.

When you cast Emrakul, the World's End, destroy all target non-land permanents.
Emrakul cannot be the target of spells or abilities that cost colored mana.
Whenever Emrakul deals combat damage to a player, you win the game. Then you and that player get the crew back together and that player pays for a round at The First Post, The Olde Familiar, The Famous ****, The Cross Hands, The Good Companions, The Trusty Servant, The Two Headed Dog, The Mermaid, The Beehive, The King's Head, The Hole in the Wall, and The World's End.

Just another irreprehenssible example of raw power creep.
Emrakul, the Spatial Corruption12CCC

Flying, hexproof
Whenever Emrakul attacks, you may cast a face-up nonland card an opponent owns from exile without paying its mana cost. A _____ as twisted as space itself.

To be honest, I don't know if Emrakul would cost C. I think mechanics-wise, that's mostly Kozilek's thing for the purposes of displaying his reality-warping properties. They would probably find a new weird shtick for Emrakul.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
Emrakul, Not Meant to Be. 0

Emrakul, Not Meant to Be does not exist. When Emrakul, Not Meant to Be enters the battlefield, your opponent puts a 20/20 Chuck Norris token creature into play with Haste, Vigilance, Trample, Flying, indestructible, protection from everything, can't be sacrificed and can't be named by opponents. Then end the turn if it is your turn.

RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.
I like to think that this new Emrakul finds out that its other titan friends are destroyed and goes berserk on the natives searching for the ones responsible for this outburst. From that though after its long sleep and pain of losing them, Emrakul evolves from a flying mushroom and into something that embodies the physical forms of all three. Becoming Emrakul, Embodiment of Oblivion.
Costs 13 with there being two colorless of the symbols making it up into 15
Its a X/X
Ideas of effects of this new Emrakul could be like when its summoned you may exile colorless cards from your graveyard. Emrakul's attack and toughness become equal to the number you exile.
Flying and when this card is cast you may exile cards from your hand to either draw cards from your library equal to this effect or exile cards equal to how many you exile from your hand.
You may exile colorless creatures on the field and exile that many cards on your opponents side of the field.
(This was my idea and I just want them to make a new Emrakul and I don't care if they just leave it like that and have it also get incinerated by Chandra XD.)
Emrakul the plaguing corruption 13 generic mana cost 15/15 flying protection from colored spells.when you cast emrakul the plaguing corruption each player sacrifices all colored permanents. When emrakul the plaguing corruption attack a player return all permanents sacrificed this way target player owns under your control they are now colorless
Emrakul, the untamed death and destruction 5<><><><><><><><><><>
Emrakul, the untamed death and destruction cannot be countered

When you cast Emrakul, the untamed death and destruction place 15 death and destruction counters on this card.
You can remove any number of death and destruction counters from this card and destroy any number of target permanents equal to the number of counters removed.
Emrakul's power and toughness is equal to the number of death and destruction counters on it.
Emrakul, Hiding In A Moon 5
Legendary Creature - Eldrazi
Emrakul, Hiding In A Moon costs 1 to play for each land you control.
As long as there are lands on the battlefield, Emrakul can't be the target of spells or abilities. 2, Sacrifice a land: Target creature becomes a Horror in addition to its other types.
At the end of each turn, if there are no non-Horror creatures on the battlefield, transform Emrakul.

I suspect it'll be a DFC too. Err actually a couple DFCs
You'll have a couple cards that cost 5 to 7 each to play and they can transform only once both are on the table. They transform together at the same time. When you turn them over each represents one half of emrakul and you put the two cards together sort of like B.F.M.
Each being 5 to 7 to play means the total paid will be in line with what an eldrazi would typically be but without so much ramp it's actually reasonable to play across a couple turns.
Putting two cards together like that when they transform will make it feel real big and splashy. A true titan that you've got to fight against.
I'm hoping they don't do a DFC or two-card split Emrakul. I know it'd seem fun or splashy, but Em is the strongest titan and should just have the one card. A DFC or two-card split Em would run into bad moments when the DFC is destroyed right before it can transform, or either not drawing the second card piece/one half is destroyed in response to the other half being cast. I get that DFC and two-card split can be more rewarding if you pull them off, but that's at the risk of consistency and dodging disruption. Just my thoughts.
Emrakul the eldritch moon will be the back side. Back side will have the actual game ending effect.
Front side will be semi innert moon. Maybe a cool effect. Most likely hard transform prerequisites.
Thing in the ice but eldrazi moon size.
This could actually be a flip card I could get behind.
I just hope she's interesting and good. Don't give me some card that doesn't deserve to be a world-shaping interdimensional monstrosity. Don't give me some creature that can die to some common or uncommon spell. Give me something that makes me feel like I'm playing EMRAKUL.
Really like the pic.
