With a total count of 45, the easiest split is 4 10-card dual cycles, and one mono-color cycle.
Personally, I've always wanted Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to be a cycle, but unless they are okay with legendary lands with plane-specific names, I doubt it'll happen. Plus, Urborg got a reprint recently, they probably would have held off.
The new lands as enemy duals are almost certainly 5 of them. Filterlands are highly unlikely in my opinion. I could see manlands or checklands fitting in the 10 card cycle.
I'm guessing it will be two full cycles. There are currently 11 full multicolor land cycles, and two that can be reasonably expected to be finished in Sweat - the new duals, and the Zendikar manlands. of those 13, I eliminate fetches, shocks, and new duals (already in); Alpha duals (reserved list); pains & karoos (plane specific names); and checks, gates, refuges & taptrips (underwhelming). This leaves manlands, filters or temples. I think the temple flavor is a little off, even if the names are generic.
So, filters and manlands (5 of which are new in Sweat)

Temples are also underwhelming, in addition to being off-flavor. I do feel like this dual cycle is likely to be completed, but if we get enemy BFZ duals (can we call them double-checklands?) and a full 10 manlands, I'm not seeing a fitting 5 card cycle to round it out.
Someone did suggest the Future Sight lands, but that's an odd cycle, which varies from 'OMGOMGOMG' (Canopy and Grove) to 'Huh?' (River of Tears), and awkwardly features a single member of a later cycle (Graven Cairns).
Maybe it's not a cycle at all, or at least not something printed as such? But what valuable, color-balanced set of 5 lands would make sense?
edit: actually, maybe it is. City of Brass is probably a no for flavor (and redundancy) reasons. If we also consider colorless options, Wasteland seems a perfect fit. But the last two are going to be pretty mediocre, unless new. =(

So, speculate away on the 15 mystery lands.
20 mystery lands
my speculation is that we won't get the enemy new duals (just like we still haven't gotten the enemy lands from scars of mirrodin) in the winter expansion
Anyone else find the spoiled collector numbers odd? #24 for Arid Mesa (the first fetch alphabetically), yet doesn't start on a 5/10 boundary. And #12 for Steam Vents (alphabetically after Arid Mesa). Kind of points to one group of cards not being a cycle.

it works if they are sorted by color. U/R is the second enemy pair, R/W is the fourth.

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth WAS a part of a cycle, though:
While the easiest split is 4 10 card cycles and 5 mono color lands, I don't think that's what they will do. They already gave us the ten best color fixing lands legal in modern (the eternal format they care about) as well as five newbies which will be hot in standard but not modern.
I think they have a surprise up their sleeve for the next set, which will be hard to predict. Maybe five colorless utility lands (temple of the false god, ghost quarter) five any color (mana confluence, cavern of souls, reflecting pool) and five mono (the Valakut cycle) ? Anything goes really

To everyone saying enemy Manlands AND enemy Basic-Duals, you realize that you're betting on us getting ten new rare duals, all of which are enemy colored in Sweat, right? Am I the only one who thinks that's a really tall order?
Unless Sweat has a 5-color theme (which might not be that crazy: all mana united against colorless), I doubt we'll get opposing Basic-Duals and Fetches since one allied/enemy fetch can find four enemy/allied BDs.

BFZ
5 - New Duals (Allied)
10 - Fetchlands
10 - Shocklands
= 25
Sweat
5 - New Duals (Enemy)
10 - Another Cycle? (Manlands - 5 old, 5 new)
5 - Mono-color Lands?
= 20

Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
With that in mind, I wonder which abilities might work well for 'em?
w/b - Lifelink?
w/r - Bonus to other attacking creatures?
r/u - Hexproof?
u/g - Morphing-like stat changing ability? +1/-1, -1/+1, etc.
g/b - Deathtouch?
this is not unreasonable

Ah! I wonder if you could get to 5 between colorless and 5-color!
Cavern of Souls - Mana Confluence - Ancient Tomb - Mutavault are all valuable, flavor-friendly, non-reserved, and non-color-specific. Maybe Glimmervoid to round it out? That one has flavor issues.

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth WAS a part of a cycle, though:
Flagstones of Trokair
Academy Ruins
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
Kher Keep
Pendelhaven
Enemy Manlands
Enemy of the new duals
Ally Manlands
5 something else
For the something else, I can think of these possibilities:
Future Sight 'cycle' (Grove of the Burnwillows, Nimbus Maze, River of Tears, Graven Cairns, Horizon Canopy)
Enemy checklands (from Innistrad, Clifftop Retreat)
Ally Fastlands (from Scars, being clever with flavor text to excuse the metallic names, Seachrome Coast cycle)
Zen Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle cycle of mono-colored
Some random assorted stuff that is flavor friendly to Zendikar (chosen from stuff like Mana Confluence, Cavern of Souls, Eye of Ugin, Desert, Eldrazi Temple, Gemstone Caverns, Mutavault, Primal Beyond, or Safe Haven)
5 enemy Duecelands.
5 mono colored lands.
