At this point, there is very little reason to actually reprint the enemy fetches. There is still a lot of design space in lands, and you can have nearly perfect mana in Modern with just the allied fetches + shocks, and allied fetches are pretty cheap right now. I'd much rather have new cool lands, and if we are going to see reprints, make them cards that are really good on their own, like the manlands or painlands.

I think I remember Mark Rosewater saying that there is not a lot of designspace for good dual lands left. I can't easily find a quote though, so I may be remembering this wrong, but it could also be because it was from his podcast.
Anyway, I'm half expecting to see the frequency of reprinted dual lands go up, as they space out their new and exiting dual lands some to preserve design space.
AB name
Land - Swamp Forest
You may choose to enter AB name tapped. If AB name entered untapped, a each opponent may flip a coin, in case of win, he draw a card.

Highly unlikely we will see basic land subtypes with fetchlands in standard. These might be fine lands, just not until fetches rotate.

Anti Green land
Legendary Land - Island Mountain Plains Swamp
Whenever Anti Green land enter battlefield from library and a opponent control a [Forest|basic Forest], you lose game.
