Currently it appears that we are likely *not* getting any nonbasic lands besides Evolving Wilds and Haven of the Spirit Dragon. With artifacts confirmed up to 246, and 247 being reserved for Vial of Dragonfire and 248 being Evolving Wilds, there's literally no room for any other nonbasic UNLESS there are less than 15 basics in the set, which the set size suggests is not the case. If there were only 5 or 10 basics, a 10/5 card cycle of lands could show up, but it would have to be composed entirely of cards whose names start with letters after H.
Saying that this will "Drop the value of the set" seems disingenuous though. Sets stabilize such that the average expected value of a box is approximately the value that merchants can buy a box for. If the cards are worth less than that, then merchants stop opening boxes, and the supply shrinks and prices go up.
Having highly-sought-after lands like Fetchlands actually depreciate the price of everything else in the set, because those fetchlands end up being the most expensive cards. Without fetches, the price likely congregates around the sought-after mythics, likely the Elder Dragons and the Planeswalkers.
What a letdown. The dragons have been super disappointing, and there's all in all very little in this set that's worth mentioning. This spoiler season has been hugely disappointing to me. I wasn't particularly excited by the prospect of fetches, but after seeing most rares being unplayable whales outside of limited (or particularly uninspired), I was hoping there'd be something more to this set. I'd take FRF over this any day, at this point. The dragons felt superior, and so did most mythics. Ugh.
I was thinking about this exact question. I think that we are going to get some on-color brood dual lands of some sort. The Uncharted Realms today mentions a couple clan locations for the Ojutai and Silumgar broods. According to that article (and to satisfy the terms of my own theory), the possible broodlands of those two clans are as follows:
SILUMGAR:
1. Marang River Fortress
2. Qarsi Palace
3. Ukud Necropolis
4. Gudul*
5. Gurmag*
*NOTE: locations with asterisks are ones I consider less probable than the others mentioned here.
EDIT: Forgot my justification for why I think we will get 5 broodlands. Let's take a look at the brood color breakdowns, shall we?
OJUTAI: U/W
SILUMGAR: B/U
KOLAGHAN: R/B
ATARKA: G/R
DROMOKA: W/G
Now, in KTK, there was a basic land variant for each clan that used/contained the color type produced by such a basic land. If we follow the same line of logic for DTK, there ought to be two variants of each basic land, leaving us with 10 basic lands. Out of the 15 spots at the end of set, that leaves us 5 spots. These other 5 spots are, in my opinion, reserved for dual-color broodlands.
With the uncommon cycle of mana rocks, it puts the second to last nail in the common of more non basic lands. I was hoping for filter lands or something.
If we have a cycle of nonbasics, the first has to start with an H at least. Because we have Vial, Evolving, Haven, confirmed.
I think it is rather unlikely and we should face what is evident.
We're getting no lands
Edit: no nonbasic lands. Full art lands still possible
If we don't get any rare lands but for Haven, that would probably put the nail in the coffin, going from best to worst set in a Block, and a really crappy way to leave off a block. Since for the past 8 years, every block has had a minimum of 12 rare lands (with the exception of Shards). This block will have 6. A block that screams with potential for having rare lands, for which hinted to unique and beautiful lands in its very story line, for which they evasively answered at their pax east conference.
It doesn't look likely, and that's just utterly disappointing, and in my opinion, a blunder if that is the case, because mana fixing often times finds its way into other formats more than any other cards from sets. They don't have to reprint fetches, but, creating some form of mana fixing in a large set for eternal and constructed formats, is just good business.
Correction: KTK block has at least seven rare lands. The Fetches, Crucible of the Spirit Dragon, and Haven of the Spirit Dragon. And so what if it's five less? At least six out of the seven it has are good. Since Haven provides such good fixing for Dragons, the ally duals I once hoped for aren't really necessary. And like Shards block, KTK block evidently didn't need twelve.
Let's verify your statement by looking at every block to have released a set within the past 8 years, dating back to 2007:
Time Spiral had six rare lands plus one timeshifted rare land:
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
So when MARO said they were going to try something different, they meant, 1 less Legendary creature, and 5 less rare lands! And one of the least powerful rare cycle of cards in Brood Commands since... well... geez can't think of much. As someone who buys complete sets, I find it disheartening, and downright annoying.

My 2 cents!
Let's verify your statement by looking at every block to have released a set within the past 8 years, dating back to 2007:
Time Spiral had six rare lands plus one timeshifted rare land:
Planar Chaos had one rare land: Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.
Future Sight had five rare duals:
Coldsnap of the Ice Age block had two rare lands: Dark Depths and Scrying Sheets.
And five hideaways:
Morningtide had four rare lands, all with a tribal theme:
Shadowmoor had five filterlands and one other:
Eventide had the other five filterlands and one other:
Shards of Alara block had just one rare land: Exotic Orchard.
And five fetches:
Worldwake had five manlands and the first mythic land:
Rise of the Eldrazi had just one rare land: Eldrazi Temple.
Mirrodin Besieged had just two rares: Contested War Zone and Inkmoth Nexus.
New Phyrexia had no rare or mythic lands.
And five utility lands:
Dark Ascension had just two utility lands: Grim Backwoods and Vault of the Archangel.
Avacyn Restored had three utility lands plus one other rare:
Gatecrash had five shocklands plus one other rare:
Dragon's Maze had just one mythic rare land: Maze's End.
Born of the Gods had three temples:
Journey into Nyx had two temples and one other rare:
Your statement is pretty close, but Scars of Mirrodin's rare land count ultimately disproves it, as does Cold Snap if we're counting it.
