Enemy fetchlands are NOT in DTK. Evolving Wilds is card 248 & this is a large set with 3 of each basic land art. The basic lands would be 249-264, ruling out any nonbasic lands that would come alphabetically after Evolving Wilds. It's not happening this time, but would make sense in Origins.

Hey all... I'm retired, not dead. Check out what I'm doing these days (and beg me to come back if you want):
As much as it makes all my feels hurt...I've lost all hope over the last 3 days of enemy fetch reprints in this set.
It's been a dream of mine to own a playset of all fetches...guess it's going to continue to be so for now (but at least I got my ally fetches (thank you khans!)). I think they will be reprinted at some point in the next 1 or 2 years...but certainly not now.
I closed it yesterday once i saw the No's started to take over from the Yes'. In any case any doubts should 100% be removed after the Pax Panel tomorrow

The 3 each basics is not confirmed, but it makes sense given that this is a large set. They would want at least 2, if not 3 of each basic land art so that they're not reprinting a previous set's basics in the intro packs. If this set is designed in the same way as previous examples were, 3 per basic land makes sense & if that's what they're doing, then there is no room for nonbasic lands after Evolving Wilds.
Rememberme has provided a list that he says is most of the lands; it contains Zen fetches, no basic lands at all, KTK allied color Refuges, and a cycle of 5 lands that fit thematically absolutely nowhere in Khans block, leaving room for at most two non-reprint nonbasic lands in the set. PAX will hopefully prove that right or wrong, but knowing what we do about current design philosophy, all my chips are on "wrong."
EDIT: Rememberme's assertions have been debunked by MaRo himself. There are basics, which means everything Rememberme has said is suspect at best & straight-up bull***** from a troll at worst. Take it all with a very big grain of salt.
Has there ever been a large set without basic lands? I thought that was a given for as long as I can remember.
The only basicless large set was Legends.
MaRo has confirmed on Blogatog that this set has basics, but not the exact number of them. Zen fetches are theoretically possible, but run counter to the allied color theme. I have a feeling we'll be seeing spoilers for something important at PAX in the morning, but I would wager it's not Zen fetches.

Hey all... I'm retired, not dead. Check out what I'm doing these days (and beg me to come back if you want):
I have a very difficult time believing that there are no mana fixers besides Evolving Wilds in a set with so much multicolored. I would be surprised if they did a full cycle of fifteen basics. I don't think it's five since we've seen art of the Ojutai Island and Ojutai Plains in the past two Uncharted Realms, but it may just be that there are only ten basics in the set, two for each dragon clan. Not saying, ZOMG!! IT HAS TO BE FETCHES!!1! But it just seems very bizarre to not have a supportive mana base with a large set like this one with so much multicolor. Heck, FRF had a cycle of 10 duals PLUS 10 basics, and it only had 10 multicolored cards.
Anyhow, I guess we'll find out today once and for all whether or not there are fetches (or any multicolored lands at any rarity) in DTK.
Is it really that heavy multicoloured though? At the moment, it looks like there will be 22 multicoloured cards, including 7 mythics, 10 rares and only 5 uncommons. There won't really be that many multicoloured cards showing up in the drafts...
As a comparison, Theros had 25 multicoloureds, and 10 of those were uncommons. The fixing then was the rare temples (not really for draft), Unknown Shores and Burnished Hart, unless I miss something.
Add to that that a fair number of the multicoloured cards are gigantic dragons that you're not casting early-game anyway, and it becomes even less necessary. And then there are the gainlands in FRF...
If I'm to make a guess, then any cycle of lands in DTK are there mostly for constructed, and will thus be rare. I'd be surprised if they put an un/common cycle of lands PLUS evolving wilds PLUS the uncommon manarocks (assuming they tap for two types of mana and aren't just diamond-variants to help us ramp into dragons.).
Yeah, it's possible that they just don't think that much mana-fixing is necessary for this set in limited. But Wizards has learned already that rare land cycles drive the sales of sets (along with Planeswalkers). KTK wouldn't have sold NEARLY as well as it did without the fetches. I mean, there are a few select cards that are played in the nonrotating formats, but the Mythics were mostly duds. Sarkhan turned out to be mostly hype, though Sorin shows some promise (in some BW token variants in Modern).
Compare that to Theros. Elspeth still sees far more play than both of them combined (in Standard). And speaking of Theros Planeswalkers, Ashiok is gaining a lot of popularity in UB Control, and Xenagos has always been a auto-include in any RG build. It's safe to say that the rare lands didn't sell Theros, it was the Mythics (plus Thoughtseize). It was the fetches that sold KTK, plain and simple.
And what is DTK offering so far to sell the set? The cycle of Elder Dragons is certainly interesting, but I wouldn't put them on the same level of popularity as the five monocolored Theros gods. Narset certainly looks promising, but she's not as exciting a Planeswalker as, say, Ugin. The other Mythics aren't anything terribly special so far (nothing compared to the very pushed white Mythics of FRF), and we haven't seen a brand new rare like Tasigur who's been popping up across the different formats (for good reason).
Who knows, maybe there's some exciting new reprint or Sarkhan's new Planeswalker card will be all the rage. But for a large third set coming out less than two months before Modern Masters 2015, there's gotta be something big to sell it. And considering how much emphasis Wizards is putting on this "alternate reality" trope in DTK, and that the set was originally focused on enemy-colors, and that KTK and DTK were developed close to one another, AND that the fetchlands were the first cards in KTK before any thought was given to the theme of the set, it's very possible that enemy fetches are in, and they'll announce them today at PAX East.
Truthful in that he answered the stated question (all five basic lands will be in the set) while completely avoiding the implied question (how many different arts for each basic land exist in this set?) I asked him the correct question... guess what, no response, although the fact that there were basic lands at all proved Rememberme16's original assertions wrong.

Hey all... I'm retired, not dead. Check out what I'm doing these days (and beg me to come back if you want):
I was shocked (in a good way) to see allied fetches in khans, and initially thought for sure we'd see the rest in the block. That said, once it was confirmed zero fetches in the 2nd set, I decided they're waiting. They could be in MM2 (I hope not, honestly... there are many things we need more), Magic Origins (would be fine, but I kind of doubt it), a return to zendikar block in the next 1-2 years (most likely IMO), or in some other block.
While I and most would love to see them reprinted, to be fair it's a lot less necessary than it was before khans. Everyone and their brother now has the allied fetches, and if you don't you can get the whole mess for like $200 (this is a good thing!). Zen fetches are still a bit pricey, but have all come down substantially. I finally broke down a just finished my playset. Most modern decks will run fine with a slightly non-perfect fetch base while we wait for zen fetches.
Out of curiosity, what was the last large set without a rare land cycle? Rise of the Eldrazi? Shards of Alara before that? Are there any other large sets in the past 15 years that didn't have a rare land cycle?
I personally don't feel like we'll get the Zendikar fetches in DTK. They're more likely for MM2015 as a hype tool. Also, all 10 fetches in Standard at once seems a touch overkill.
What I personally think is more likely would be the allied check-lands. Glacial Fortress, etc.

Sounds pretty solid to me. I can't think of an instance when the number crunch has been wrong.
This dream has been pretty hard to die, though. You'd think the confirmation of the set as being allied-pair-centered would have been enough.
On 7/14/10, broke 1900 mark! <3 ROE.
