1. The art of Narset that we saw during the first teaser for Khans of Tarkir (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wHouiR3LnSU) still hasn't been used. We expected it to be some kind of promotional art, but as far as I know we haven't seen it anywhere since the teaser. Her pose in the teaser is appropriate for a planeswalker.
2. This text from The Planeswalker's Guide to Tarkir: "Some say that Narset possesses a secret potential inside her, a power or calling that will drive her to a greater purpose, but she remains dedicated to leading her clan."
Between what we have seen from the "Ugin's Fate" cards with Surrak no longer being khan (Dragonclaw was an honorific surname for the khan of Temur), and the teaser art we've seen for Dragons of Tarkir, with what appear to be Mardu charging with a dragon. It seems like the clans may have dissolved somewhat in favor of factions led by the dragon broods. As a result, Narset will likely no longer be bound to a leadership position, which means she would be free to pursue this "power or calling" which seems most likely to be referring to a "spark".
I think Narset will likely have become a planeswalker when we see her in Dragons of Tarkir, and I think she will probably wind up using the art we saw in the teaser.
Narset being a planeswalker in DTK isn't too bad of a stretch, especially given her presence in Khans block Uncharted Realms articles. But her being in the exact same clothing is a stretch, lol. Love that art, wish it was used, but I don't think that'd be her art in the reforged timeline.

Who knows maybe later on Dual Deck Khan vs. Khan. I haven't kept up with lore that much sense WotC stopped printing books. But another UW walker would be nice, I would rather see her as a RWU and be bananas, but that would her ability be in ether case?
Got to remember in DTK dragons have taken over so their might not even be a Narset due to someone in her family tree being eaten thous like Sarkhan not existing.
Venser died in another timeline. We could see all new planeswalker or some elemental shift with existing pws
What.
Venser died in the normal timeline, through some weird mumbo-jumbo-karn-saving-business. He did not die in an alternate timeline. The only timeline change that happens in Fate Reforged is the one on Tarkir. This is known information.

Promotional art doesn't always get used on cards. That's not really something to read too much into. Dragon Tech beat me to it, but yeah, Venser is very much dead. TL;DR he sacrificed himself to save Karn back on Mirrodin/New Phyrexia. People seem to keep thinking that this time-travel business means everything is open to change, but MaRo and Doug have both explicitly stated that the events on Tarkir will not have an impact on the past events of any other plane, including everything that Sarkhan did (being on Jund, inadvertently releasing the eldrazi, etc.).
I do think it's possible Narset will become a Planeswalker, though. The Uncharted Realms on her seemed to imply that she had a spark, and the Surrak, hunt-caller reference on the Ugin's fate booster card implies that we will see alternate versions of the Khans in DTK (which makes sense really, what better way to show a changed timeline than show characters we already know going down different paths). In that article, it also seemed to imply that a large part of the reason Narset never really tried to venture away from Tarkir (or the Jeskai) was her sense of responsibility for her clan. If she never takes up the mantle of khan, she would probably be more willing to follow those wanderlust feelings she had, and thus ignite her spark.
So it would make sense for her to be a Planeswalker, but that's no reason to read too much into other stuff.
As cool as it would be for the events of Fate Reforged to have ripples in time and space across the entire multiverse, they decided to keep it secluded in Tarkir. It would have been really awesome to see Magic Coreset 2016 reflect this as we see legends, creatures, lands, etc have a change to them to reflect the change.
Yeah, it seems pretty likely. The hints about her "untapped potential" weren't exactly subtle, and it's a great way to show the audience how much Tarkir has changed due to the events of FRF. Plus, if we got a new UW Planeswalker, I could stop pouring a shot out for Venser.
Hmmmm, I was hoping for a new Bolas in Fate Reforged, and Ugin in Dragons of Tarkir, but seeing how that ship already sailed, I'd be very happy with this. Narset is a good character, WotC did suspiciously give her a lot more attention than the other Khans, and it'd be a nice way to make Tarkir's story have a greater impact.
another UR walker so soon after Ral should not happen.
I don't know how seriously they take stuff like that. If it fits what they want to do, they'll do it. We did get two blocks with GR walkers in a row, after all.
The original Narset was very red in her abilities— only hexproof was blue in her, and first strike being more red than white nowadays she had nothing white at all mechanically
This is wrong. White and Red are both primary in first strike (and double strike).
The original Narset was very red in her abilities— only hexproof was blue in her, and first strike being more red than white nowadays she had nothing white at all mechanically— Add to that her outfit: Orange, blue and red: it would be very odd to have her white and non-red. She has to be blue because of her Jeskai-ness (keep the main color), and another UR walker so soon after Ral should not happen.

Yeah, they make planeswalker cards that fit the character first and foremost. I'm sure they wouldn't do something that would drastically screw up the power balance among the colors just for a character, but they don't shy away from using a character just because another character with the same color scheme came up recently.
I'm personally still hoping for a new Bolas in DTK; it's long past due that the big bad dragon of the multiverse gets a new card. Unfortunately a reprint of him in a Vs. Ugin duel deck seems more likely at this point. I don't think there are going to be any full three-color wedge cards in DTK with how hard they've been pushing to make us aware that DTK is NOT a wedge set in any way, so if Narset does get a card I think it'll be UW or UR.
I could see a new Bolas come in DTK and the duel deck ending up being Ugin vrs Bolas at the end of the year. Narset becoming a UW Planeswalker is a good catch for many of the reasons already stated above. Also all the clans seen to be moving towards the allied pairs to match the Dragon Broods, so her becoming UW is not a big stretch I think.
The one issue I have is that there would be no green planeswalker in the block. I wonder if we will see three PWs in Dragons of Tarkir as a result having Narset (U/W), Bolas (RUB) and Ramaz (RGU) helping Bolas just as Sarkhan is helping Ugin.

While there is a chance we may get three Planeswalkers in DTK, the past numbers suggest just two.
I thought about that "no Green Planeswalkers" concept before,
wondering if perhaps they may be categorizing Ugin as "Green,"
since that will be the color that has the easiest access to him.
It's interesting to note there were no Green PWs during Scars Block, which also had a colorless PW.

My understanding is that the creative elements are most important for planeswalker colours, but development still tries to balance things somewhat. If I recall correctly, Ashiok was blue initially, but Development asked if (s)he could be made UB, since there was no black planeswalker in the block otherwise.
In Khans, the three PW's so far had their colours given by the story. If Bolas appears, or if Narset ascends, none of them will have much leeway for their colours to change based on balancing. If a completely new character was to be introduced, I would expect to see all five colours represented on planeswalker cards.
If Narset becomes a UW planeswalker, I bet one of her abilities will be "Reveal the top card of your library and put that card into your hand. You gain life equal to its converted mana cost."
After all of the references to her dreaming about "other worlds" in the various Uncharted Realms articles, it's almost certain that Narset is going to be a planeswalker in DTK. And if the clans are just allied colored pairs like the dragons that they venerate, it's kind of unlikely that she'll be UR, but you never know. But I think that Wizards may be trying to find a UW walker to replace Venser since he ain't coming back.

I just simply want a planeswalker that can make flying tokens as a + (or at least 0) ability,
but that may be something they intentionally avoid.

I am going to guess she is still 3 colors in the new timeline due to her being kicked out of the clan. Also, if the leaked art is representative of the new version of her, she is still Jeskai. This suggests the factions are not in control of everybody. Like in Ravnica, they had the guildless, in Tarkir, there may be factionless. She could be "traditionalist scum." anyway, I hope she shows up on a card and is really good.

RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.
I am really hoping for a UWR narset, and for a RG sarkhan in this set. Narset is still seeming to be the character who has this fight the power style vibe, and without ugin in sarkhan's mind, he may no longer be the mad, and go back to mean green (and red) planswalker we got at the start. I highly doubt that all humans are content to submit to dragon's rule based solely on human nature, and that some rebels could likely exist on the plane. If so, and narset leads them it could explain her Seemingly odd clothing as a mix match of various "clans/broods" cultures coming together with the common goal of changing the balance of Power.
off topic I do think we will see ugin at least leave some thoughts on the new state of Tarkir
