These aren't quite wedge dragons. Look at Oros: WBR, when the Mardu wedge is RWB. One is white focused, while the other is red focused. I could see these dragons in the set. They were a part of planar chaos, when the time streams were pretty patchy. I believe that these dragons will be revealed to be the ones behind the voice pushing Sarkhan to resurrect Ugin. In doing so, these dragons would be able to remanifest on Dominaria, and due to the altered time streams, would take the place of the old primevals. Then these new primevals would be able to gather their dragon allies spawned by the dragonstorms to launch a preemptive attack on Bolas when he returns to Dominaria during the events of the Time Spiral block. Witness the beginning of Ugin's interplanar empire and the death of Nicol Bolas.
I can't wait. So there's a very good chance of these dragons coming back since they are not technically wedge (RWB, URW, BGU, GUR, WBG) dragons due to their color alignment on the card and primary colors designated by their activated abilities.

And you are FURTHER wrong in the fact that there are not and never have been dragonstorms on Dominaria.

There are literally no chances of these dragons coming in anywhere in Tarkir.

thank you. maybe people will stop this spec about the primevals. its rampant at my lgs as well. why would anyone want these dragons back anyway? they aren't good or interesting nor do their mechanics synergize with the mechanics of the clans. (and thats aside from the fact that they cannon characters from another plane and time line entirely.) no chance
They are a direct challenge to the wedges, so it is a natural fit when you consider that time travel tends to make things worse. At the same time, it provides ground for an alliance between the clans and the wedge dragon lords (like the Mardu dragon on that art where they're fighting some Abzan soldiers). The dragons are def coming back, otherwise they'd not tease cards in wedge colors that aren't actually wedge cards.
The card doesn't directly state "Ugin is doing this." This could be an illusion sent by Intet.
I was using Occam's Razor. It is far simpler for a hale and healthy dragon to send a message, as opposed to one that is grievously wounded, or dead.
It is far easier for a character already involved in the story with motivations and goals to be involved with the story rather than a non-entity getting drawn into the narrative for no apparent reason.

The reasons need not be made apparent, or may be kept vague, until they're necessary for the story. Or we're left to piece them together via Intet's actions once she and the other Planar Chaos dragons are released. Have we seen Ghost Ugin speaking directly to Sarkhan in a UR where Ghost Ugin is the narrator?
This is my theory and I am sticking with it. I know that Dragons will draft with Fate, so I know there needs to be some synergy, but considering the biggest change is in the block and cycle out format, I think Dragons will be monocolored and is being designed to work best with Core 16. I think Core 16 won't be as bland or generic as the previous ones are considered either, but I think both sets will mono colored. MaRo said that to them it was worth it to make the Tarkir block a little weird rather than wait a whole year to fully implement. To me I interpret that as meaning that Dragon's will draft well with Fates but also considering the time travel and everything being changed, they will write off any discrepancies as being because of the time change. When you consider that Fate is the time travel set and Dragons is basically the alternate future it would make sense.
So basically I am saying that I think for the sake of making their new standard cycle work best, which means that Dragons and Core 16 will be paired together... they are designing both to work well together and as a secondary making sure it drafts well with Fate and fits in the overall Khans block.

Tormenting Voice. The Ghost has been confirmed to be Ugin, Sarkhan is quite obviously himself. There's your evidence. The Planar Chaos dragons are 100% irrelevant to everything outside of Time Spiral block, let alone this story line. Barinellos can you lock this thread?
I swear I first read it as Wingbonger...something tells me that "As Long as Wingbonger is paired with another creature, both creatures have weed." wouldn't be as good. Seems solid for limited.

I would like to, but it isn't my section so I don't have the tools to.

But is a Tarkir a Dominaria?
No.
Let this great clan rest in peace (2001-2011)
