I doubt Ugin is going to have Morph at all. He might be able to turn things facedown, but I think him playing around in less-complex colorless territory like Ghostfire is more likely.
Pls stop trying to give Ugin morph. Morph is considered concealment magic, Ugin has nothing do do with that at all, see Ghostfire Blade, even it just cares about colorless, not about morph specifically. The only thing he has in common with Morph is that he is most likely colorless and that is more like coincidence. Eldrazi are colorless as well btw., are Eldrazi morphs then? It would be a massive flavor fail if Wizards decided to give him anything related to morph. I would cry.

Actually, morph was flavored as "dragon magic" for Khans block. A case can be made that Ugin is connected to morph. I'm pretty sure the artwork for Crux of Fate shows that same magic around Ugin.
That said, I don't think that Ugin will have morph. Rosewater posted a response today that makes it look unlikely.
I doubt Ugin will have morph, mostly because there has never been a planeswalker with a non-evergreen keyword. Garruk Relentless being double faced is somehow close I guess.
Whether or not it is possible to make it work under the rules, I doubt Mark Rosewater would have made this Blogatog-post suggesting otherwise if he knew a morphing Planeswalker was upcoming:
queeractivist asked: Follow up: A planeswalker with morph wouldn't work with the current rules. 209.1. Each planeswalker....enters the battlefield with [a loyalty number] of counters on it; 121.1b A planeswalker with 0 loyalty is put into its owner’s graveyard as a State Based Action; 702.36d Any abilities relating to the permanent entering the battlefield don’t trigger [with morph cost paid]. Ergo, you would morph it and send it to the graveyard.
I highly doubt Ugin would have morph. Planeswalkers already have enough text on them and only adding Morph and reminder text just would not make much sense.

Hooded Hydra has a replacement effect instead of a triggered ability. You could do that too, pretty much just have to change the word 'When' to 'As'.
That seems rather tedious, not to mention expensive with a Morph cost of 5.
Also clunky and extremely fragile.
