it is probably a draw or damage spell but his cloths are kind the ones of an Prophet
maybe its a creature like: False Prophet with "wheneve dies, "
or has a loothing ability.
Interestingly enough, if you think about it, this is just as logical as the heroes reunion thing. It was just based on art with the same pose.
And yes, I know this is pretty dang baseless, but if it actually happens, I wanted to be able to say "Called it."

-Fits the flavor of an ancient greek mythology plane with 19th century horror literature tropes
-Mechanically, with the three self-mill cards in standard (I think they're all in green and black), you'll mill your deck in no time
-Being printed less than two years ago, being worth probably less than a dollar and being a T1 constructed staple commands a reprint

Well there's also Traumatize. And most mill could target any player. Still, not really likely.

This is a block with a strong theme of heroes.
Which fits Heroes' Reunion in name only. Maybe if it had been some kind of targeting effect so that it could actually support the "Heroic" mechanic, but as it is it's just based on the flimsiest flavour connection. It's the kind of card you might put in a "hero" themed deck if you were restricting yourself to existing cards and didn't have the ability to just make better cards with the same flavour.
Also, at least Laboratory Maniac is out of Standard.
If lab maniac is in this set it would be the most shocking thing to ever happen. I put the chances of lab maniac being in this set at about 1 in a trillion.

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."
Because people mistake "baseless speculation" for "utter nonsense"....
Yeah, someone will tell me now that I am rude and "everything is possible", but come on, a grain of common sense is enough to disprove it.
It's worse than that, because this wasn't posted in Baseless Speculation. Implying that the OP believed it was actually possible for speculation to be even more baseless than this.

but this goes as baseless as possible
The guy on the cover is probably some crazy Storm Seer, maybe a new RU 2-drop or something.

I respect that.
