Ugin is dead, not a printed planeswalker, although established as being one he's also very rare.
To my knowledge Ugin isn't necessarily dead, although he might be. Bolas had incapacitated him, and dug into his mind, but Ugin was able withhold some knowledge. He might still be alive, and if he is, we might still see him.
OT: Doug Beyer said that printing mono-green Garruk in M14 caused continuity confusion, and I wouldn't be surprised if from now on core sets took continuity into account, even if they don't advance it. I think that leans toward B/G Garruk.
His head was decapitated so his body is dead. His spirit or essence/whatever may still be around but then he's indeed dead - not necessarily gone forever.

Where'd you hear that? Ugin had always been a spirit dragon, it and colorlessness has always been his gimmick. All we know of Ugin's fate is that Bolas "placed him where he now lays." Either MaRo or Doug, I can't remember which, maybe both, have said that if they wanted to, they could bring Ugin back due to the vagueness of Bolas' words.
On topic, yeah a color mix up would be great. Come on black Garruk!
You... didn't really read that post correctly. Nor did you really have to interject there either.
So you didn't say Karn would "very very likely" have been an artifact planeswalker if they hadn't had the Tezzeret precedent? Because that's a statement that is highly dubious. And that's what the quoted part of your argument seems to state as well.
Did you "have to" interject when Valanarch made their post? What is wrong with deciding to reply without being forced?
What he's saying is that Tezzeret was from Esper, and was originally going to be an artifact planeswalker like all the other Esper creatures. However, the decided that was broken, and so stated the Planeswalker-ness overwrote other card types. If they hadn't, and Tezzeret was printed an artifact planeswalker, Karn would have most likely been printed as one too (Though would also have be substantially nerfed, as they would have learned not to make artifact planeswalkers strong in an artifact matters environment.)

Okay, that's different from my reading. If that's the message, then it's not factually wrong but still a problematic statement since the premise that they make any other decision for Tezzeret again goes against gameplay considerations. They decided to not make Tezzeret an artifact for valid reasons.
Also it's stating the obvious: "If they made artifact planeswalkers then Planeswalkers that are Artifacts would be artifact planeswalkers."
The point stands: There is no need to consider a timeline Karn would be designed an artifact planeswalker because the game would suffer from mixing the card types. The decision to leave the additional card type off has been made for reasons that are not trivially explained away.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."

Whatever he is in the end, I just hope he does a little more ramping like his first version. Or maybe Nissa can fill that role.
