Maybe it will be "graveyard themed" in the sense of keeping stuff out of it? Like with Undying, and maybe Delve? That way they can have a complete lack of mechanical continuity while still connecting them.
Maybe, but I think if they were going to use delve they would have done it in the first two sets. It feels like the kind of mechanic that goes with the flavor of the UB zombie-creating Skaberen.

I can't see threshold returning either. There's a lot of anti-synergy with both flashback and various exile-cards-from-graveyards abilities in the previous two sets.
