You see the Howlpack Alpha and the Mayor in kind of a promo version, though the text have been removed for advertisement. It is clear to see a Night/Day mechanic about them.
Odd, you see a 193a/264 and a 193b/264 at the bottom. May be a fake but if this is real, I wonder how they will implement the duality of it.
EDIT: Actually if you look at both cards, you will see the same window behind the human adviser and the werewolf jumping out of it. Seems a lot more believable. With the 3/3 in the lower right side, there is no need for a flip card or a split card. Just a "Mayor of Avabruck becomes a green 3/3 Werewolf if it is night". The werewolf card is merely a token.
That's just.... terrabad looking. I may just throw up. It looks like the two cards are connected, which I would really hate, because it's like Brothers Yamazaki. If however, he merely has some ability that basically transfigures him into a 3/3 werewolf in your deck, that'd be much less bad. (Still bad!)

Actually you just eased my mind with your comment. I was trying to figure out how they would do these well without them having the problems that Heroclix has with secret Identity clix, and a split card would be the perfect way to do that. Though probably will be a card and a token knowing how wotc does it.

I will note, the one interesting thing is that Howlpack Alpha has what looks like the "planeshifted" templating if I'm not mistaken.

the two templates are the same actually, it's just the glare on the foil showing off the foilyness...it's the same leaf design that we have had on modern cards. Though the green border around the art and wording really makes it look unique
EDIT: I like the indented 3/3 on the Mayor, I wonder how that works in with the rules text
Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.
Look at Mayors P/T ...a bit above is a little 3/3 p/t
My god... I am seriously starting to think that it is a Flip card, where it is each side instead of some weird split down the middle.
Of course, that brings up the possibility that the new 5-Loyalty Planeswalker has a similar thing, like it's Ultimate Flipping it into a stronger/different version.
But, if this is the case, I would rather kill myself then have to go the Prerelease and listen/play people who would whine about having to use sleeves.

I'm highly surprised no one is calling fake. For one, wizards wants to be the one to release a card as important as a promo for the release. two, why don't they give us any text on the human card? hiding the fact that they have no idea how it would work. people who fake cards always make sure you can barely read text, or in this case it's not there at all, but instead had advertising.

The Star Wars CCG had cards that flipped (with rules and stuff on the other side). The only way they worked is that you got them and some stuff before the game started, but it taxed you while trying to have you fulfill an achievement. I did not like....

Hmm, so the Howlpack Alpha looks like a token that the Mayor creates/turns into? Perhaps it's like Tatsumasa, The Dragon's Fang where when the token leaves, the Mayor returns to play? But with an end of the turn clause? This might be the mechanic for the 2 mana creature that makes 2/2's each turn MaRo mentioned.

fake, fake,fake.
All we need to check is whether this is an actual advertisement.
Also, does anyone know how their printing process works? I mean, it is possible for them to give every card a different back if it works how I think it does.

I kind of hope its real because it looks cool, but here are the things we should ask ourselves:
1) What rarity is the 'night' half of the card? Are they tokens? Do they come in any booster that has the appropriate 'day' half? This is important for limited and for logistics. (Will I open a $20 mythic at the pre-release only to realise I have to chase down the other half to actually be able to use it?)
1a) If they're not tokens, will I need a polymerisation deck to go along with my Magic deck?
2) Given that the style guide is all about the phases of the moon, the fact that the only spoiled legend is a 'lunarch', and that they first played around with the day/night cycle while developing kamigawa's flip cards, we can conclude that it is possible that Innistrad's Mechanic X is the day/night cycle. But how on earth will day/night play?

This is what I'm thinking. The card will exile itself and you'll put the appropriate token into play in place of it.
Also, on the subject of being fake: I don't think so. With the image being of foil cards, it would be incredibly difficult to fake, and on top of that, where did the faker get the art from? I checked Ryan's online gallery because I wanted to use that werewolf art for something and I didn't see either of these works in his gallery.

Maybe. It really depends on how this mechanic actually works. Either, this is some weird Flip card, or it's some shoddy Token mechanic that won't work due to basic pack-distribution.

The problem isn't the printing process, the problem is the rules and deck stacking caused by that. As said earlier, yes there was a starwars ccg mechanic like that (all I remember is the purple color on the cards and the fact I didn't pull any until after the game ended...Oh, I remember them now, epic events). But point of the matter is, Wizards is smarter the Decipher was, that is why they are still around, that and there games are more rememberable....I mean seriously, both the starwars and startrek games were fun, but in the end, really were a lot more drawn out, and a lot more forgettable.
I believe it. It's really day/night mechanic. Human Advisor Werevolf? Is it possible? I thought human of Innistrad kill all werewolves despite of being them noble humans.
Can't see a two-sided card happening since it would be a marked card. And if two-sided cards are out, I think we've found the reason why Innistrad has 15 more cards than is the norm for big sets.
My guess is the Mayor's gonna have an ability that replaces it with a 3/3 Werewolf with the moon symbol. Maybe a tutor effect, or something akin to Aura Swap? Something completely different?
It seems the 'Night' cards have a darker shade to them. Nice touch, I suppose.
Also, note the 'dip' in front of the Howlpack's type. That's gotta be there for a reason...
Assuming this is real, I guess I'm officially intrigued.

I'm gonna say that parts of the card are too specific for this to be a random fake. The 3/3 above Mayor's p/t being the same p/t as the Werewolf, the Art on each card showing the same window, by the same artist. The card numbers are the same, but with an a and b next to them. And the Future Sight-like Sun and Moon Templating. And the set symbol doesn't look like crap, like every fake I've seen. If it's fake, the person who made it knows what they're doing.

Also we can see one of the intro decks, the UR deck. The card looks like some kind of spirit dragon, maybe?

Wait a minute, these look like they are both for the same event. I swear, if it turns out to be a two-sided card, I will vomit.

The ONLY way it could possibly be a two-sided card is if EVERY card back were that 3/3 Werewolf. I don't think you need to worry about vomiting.
