I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the new Vol is the other combo of Jund's colors and that he will either:
A. still be completely unplayable because his offensive abilities will leave him open to creature damage
B. will be ridiculous because he'll more or less be the opposite of his last iteration and generate insane advantage for you (and likely cost 4 to still be at an acceptable cost)
Almost all story-based evidence is that he would be BR instead of any other potential color combination since 1. he's a jund mage 2. he's under bolas (who operates under BR influence as well as U, which is not included in jund's colors) and 3. he is acting crazy and delirious.
i don't like speculating on abilities, but i would hope they make him playable regardless of the fact that it would put more potential power in jund.

1RR, +1 Blightning, +2 Bolt of all things? that's not just broken, that's absolutely dominating, I almost want to say in every format except Vintage. WoTC might be stupid, but they aren't absolutely mentally broken.
Take your monoblack deck, then set aside 14 swamps. Add 4 Creeping Tar Pits, 4 Darkslick Shores, 4 Drowned Catacombs, and 2 Jwar isle Refuge and add 4 Jace, the Mindsculptors. Your monoblack deck is instantly better. Better yet, drop those refuges, throw in some islands and some mana leaks, and lo and behold, you're now playing a real deck. Congratulations. Welcome to the world of competitive M:TG.

Sarkhan is prolly b/r and his abilities could look like....
2RB
+1: return a creature from your graveyard to your hand
-1: Lightning bolt
-5: Deal 10 damage to target creature or player
(3)
CA and protection plus a 3 turn ult. it's powerful but not broken.
So, I love my job. I get to see and do many things. These things warrant great secrecy and if caught i will get a major slap on the wrist. Well more like kicked out the door. Sorry for the poor quality of the photos. Its hard to take a door picture with your phone quickly.
Sarkhan, The Tormented :2mana::symb::symr:
Planeswalker -- Sarkhan
+1: Sarkhan, The Tormented deals 3 damage to target creature.
-3: Return target creature card in your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste until end of turn.
-8: Exile all nonplaneswalker permanents. Each player exiles his or her hand.
Starting Loyalty: 4

Require great secrecy, so you post it? Hmmmmm. Looks exciting though, if true, but the 3rd picture, that shows the card in hand looks a little fake.

If this is real, his last ability doesn't make a lot of sense to me. So basically it puts both players in a game state where the ONLY thing on the board is a Sarkhan that can't do anything at all?

If that's a fake, it's a pretty good one. The +1 is great and worth a card alone, the -3 is powerful and the -8 would be really hard to get.

I'm assuming the idea is to have other Planeswalkers that can then take over the game entirely. That said, it still feels very odd for an ultimate and that third picture does indeed look like a fake card horribly photoshopped into someone's blurry grip
Also, that second ability would make him the greatest Zombify of all time. OF ALL TIME.

Nice try. It would just say "It gains haste" not "It gains haste till end of turn"
And personally, i think Sarkhan will be colorless anyways, considering he is now merged with Ugin in some way...

Yeah, that third picture does look horribly photoshopped. I like how the finger on the right side is casting a shadow that looks more like the finger has a hole in it.
If this is real, his last ability doesn't make a lot of sense to me. So basically it puts both players in a game state where the ONLY thing on the board is a Sarkhan that can't do anything at all?
And since it resets lands as well, any creature your opponent plays after that will be cheap and thus most likely in lethal range of his +1.

If you push up to a whopping 11 or 12 loyalty, you can nuke the board, then bring back a critter plopped in your graveyard earlier. You might also get there from 9 loyalty bolting whatever cheap stuff your opp manages to play and then reanimating something bigger.
This could be a more "jhonny" than "timmy" ultimate, PWs do have to evolve somewhere.

Eldrazi. Perfect target what with the Annihilator =P. Hell, perfect target even without the ultimate going off. Not Kozilek of course (Graveyard ability) but turn 4 Pathrazer of Ulamog?
Yeah, that picture DEFINITELY looks all wrong. The finger is all blurry and out of focus with some kind of pixel 'haze' around it, and the card also appears too small or the finger appears too large for the angle. Not to mention the fact that, as I pointed out earlier, the finger on the right casts an incomplete shadow.
Funny how in every picture I have seen of this card, the expansion sybmol is either not in the pic or it is covered by a finger..... weird!
Well, one of the things noticed wrong on the "Sojuka" fake card, was that the size of the symbol didn't match the size on Kozilek. How to solve that? Cover it! Hehe.
The word "the" should not be capitalized on card names after a proper name and a comma ",". Samples.
Daarken isn't the artist of Sarkhan this time. We already saw the HQ version of the art and Daarken always puts his siggy in his works. I think the artist is Chippy.
The + abilities of all planeswalkers can always be activated regardless of any circumstance. ALWAYS. With this Sarkhan, if there are no creatures, he'll only be able to do his 2nd ability.
The ultimate does not help you win the game. It only wipes the board to give way to walkers. Gives all other walkers the upperhand and NOT him! So much stupidity jammed into that ulti!
