I'll take a shot at what my thoughts are on it, and good find.
(Rise) of the (Eldrazi) is going to be a (set) built around the (Eldrazi) (creatures), all of which have no (color) and are (legendary). For example, there are two (Eldrazi) at (rare/mythic), the (smallest/largest) of which is 7/7. All of the (Eldrazi) have a new (keyword) called (bloodprice). (Creatures) with (bloodprice) have a (drawback); whenever a (card) with (bloodprice) (attacks), the (controlling) (player) must (sacrifice) that many (creatures). The (Eldrazi) are very (costly) but there are (cards) that can create 0/1 (tokens) called (Eldrazi) (Spawn) that can be (helpful) to (sacrifice) one (creature) (token) to your (powerful) (creature) and will help you be able to (control/please) the (Eldrazi). In addition, the (set) has a new (ability) called (channel) (essence). You may spend (life) on (creatures) with (channel) (essence) to improve their (power) and (toughness). This Limited (environment) is much (riskier) than the one in (Zendikar).
That's my guess. Seems to build somewhat on the theme Zendikar established with questing, making it fit with the previous block, but it WOULD be different enough to stand alone.
This is entirely my speculation though.
Here's the original Goblin version to see how the words are capitalized/italicized.
Goblin of the Goblins is going to be a goblin built around the Goblin goblins, all of which have no goblin and are goblin. For example, there are two Goblins at goblin, the goblin of which is 7/7. All of the Goblins have a new goblin called goblin. Goblins with goblin have a goblin; whenever a goblin with goblin goblins, the goblin goblin must goblin that many goblins. The Goblins are very goblin but there are goblins that can create 0/1 goblins called Goblin Goblin that can be goblin to goblin one goblin goblin to your goblin goblin and will help you be able to goblin the Goblins. In addition, the goblin has a new goblin called goblin goblin. You may spend goblin on goblin with goblin goblin to improve their goblins and goblins. This Limited goblin is much goblin than the one in Goblin.

RISE OF THE ELDRAZI is going to be a SET built around the IMPRISONED ELDRAZI, all of which have no COLOR and are PERMANENTS. For example, there are two CREATURES at ?, the LARGER/SMALLER of which is 7/7. All of the ELDRAZI have a new ABILITY called KEYWORD. PERMANENTS with KEYWORD have a COST; whenever a CREATURE with KEYWORD ATTACKS, the ATTACKING PLAYER must SACRIFICE that many SOMETHING. The ELDRAZI are very EXPENSIVE but there are CARDS that can create 0/1 TOKENS called ELDRAZI NAME that can be SACRIFICED to ADD one COLORLESS MANA to your MANA POOL and will help you be able to PLAY the ELDRAZI. In addition, the SET has a new MECHANIC called SECOND KEYWORD. You may spend extra MANA on PERMANENTS with SECOND KEYWORD to improve their ? and ?. This Limited ABILTIY is much ? than the one in PREVIOUS SET.
Thanks to some of the previous posters for some help with this guess. A few points of my guess still don't make sense, but I think this is headed in the right direction. Maybe someone can add some insight into it.
Aka more control... right? Please be control, I love control.
They have said that the environment will eventually swing back toward control. It's a possibility. I would have guessed that it would be the NEXT rotation (IE. after next October) but I've been wrong before.
My go (number and name values are of course utterly random guesses):
"One of the features is going to be a cycle built around the Eldrazi creatures, all of which have no color and are enormous. For example, there are two Eldrazis at 10, the smaller of which is 7/7. All of the Eldrazis have a new ability called arglebargle. Creatures with arglebargle have a number; whenever a creature with arglebargle attacks, the defending player must sacrifice that many permanents. The Eldrazis are very expensive but there are spells that can create 0/1 tokens called Fleegzor that can be sacrificed to add mana to your mana pool and will help you be able to cast the Eldrazis. In addition, the set has a new ability called herp derp. You may spend life on creatures with herp derp to improve their powers and toughnesses. This Limited environment is much different than the one in Zendikar."
Wow. "Kicker without ____" doesn't look so hard after all.
Not that your guesses can be right, but I'm quite amazed that some have actually attempted to guess it. Not only that, some of the answers actually makes sense!
Seems more natural than "at [mana cost]" to me.
The rarity would be rare most likely.
EDIT: Or mythic actually, since I just realized it's just as natural to say "mythic" instead of "mythic rare".
(Rise) of the (Eldrazi) is going to be a (set) built around the (Eldrazi) (Titans), all of which have no (cost) and are (colorless). For example, there are two (Titans) at (0), the (smaller/larger) of which is 7/7. All of the (Titans) have a new (ability) called (bloodprice). (Creatures) with (bloodprice) have a (drawback); whenever a (creature) with (bloodprice) (attacks), the (contolling) (player) must (sacrifice) that many (creatures). The (Titans) are very (costly) but there are (cards) that can create 0/1 (tokens) called (Titan) (Fodder) that can be (sacrificed) to (add) one (colorless) (mana) to your (mana) (pool) and will help you be able to (feed) the (Titans). In addition, the (set) has a new (keyword) called (channel) (essence). You may spend (life) on (creatures) with (channel) (essence) to improve their (power) and (toughness). This Limited (Channel) is much (cooler) than the one in (Alpha).
Seems more natural than "at [mana cost]" to me.
The rarity would be rare most likely.
EDIT: Or mythic actually, since I just realized it's just as natural to say "mythic" instead of "mythic rare".
On the contrary, to defy expectations, I'd expect "two Eldrazi at common, the smaller of which is 7/7", as it's been a while since we saw such fat at common. I think the Eldrazi feel like wanna-be demons and dragons that, because they aren't, they can break rules like "no dragons at common."
Yeah, I'm pretty sure these things that MaRo is doing recently is annoying. Hey look, I'm giving you NO INFORMATION about this set, but I'm going to act like I am. Why not give us some information instead of doing this?

Well, we had a 7/6 common in Shadowmoor, so it's only been a year and a half. It just sucked outside of sealed, so it probably doesn't get much thought.
[Rise] of the [Eldrazi] is going to be a [set] built around the [Eldrazi] [titans], all of which have no [color]* and are [gigantic]. For example, there are two [Titans] at [common/uncommon], the [smaller] of which is 7/7. All of the [Titans] have a new [mechanic] called [TRIBUTE]. [Creatures] with [TRIBUTE] have a [cost]; whenever a [creature] with [TRIBUTE] [attacks], the [attacking] [player] must [sacrifice] that many [creatures/permanents]. **I don't really like this. Maybe it's "Stats" and "abilities"
I'm hypothesizing that this set will involve huge finisher-style fatties with powerful abilities but a drastic penalty on attacking. Since it will be a slower Limited environment, the Titans will be able to come out, and players will be able to amass resources so that they can eventually end the game with their superior Titans.
There had to be some balancing to the Eldrazi, because they are colorless. The Spawn will help not only in summoning the Titans, but as being sacrificial fodder.

This Limited (environment) is much (slower) than the one in (Zendikar).
Pleeaaase?
This is out of character for Maro and Wizards marketing. They won't say this in a promo. This statement has to be a positive one. But I actually thought this was "This affinity mechanic is much <word meaning better / less broken> than the one in Mirrodin."
Maro needs to chill out and just either spoil the whole damn info or not tease the mess outta us. Leave all that mess for after the worldwake release. This stuff is way too messy and complicated. I mean dang he has the set right there in his hands. He could just spoil the whole article instead of teasing us.
Seems more natural than "at [mana cost]" to me.
The rarity would be rare most likely.
EDIT: Or mythic actually, since I just realized it's just as natural to say "mythic" instead of "mythic rare".
In the interest of Limited, I could see there being a couple of Eldrazi at uncommon. If Eldrazi aren't all mythic/rare, it gives players more of a chance see them in action.
Sounds like there will be enough of a drawback/cost to warrant printing some at a lower rarity.
But he can't spoil, lest WotC chop of his fingers and his income. Besides, he likes to give riddles and something to the very intelligent audience to gnaw on for the next while. Those couple of sentences are going to spawn numerous pages of posts in the speculation subforum.
It offers enough to hint, without revealing anything.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure these things that MaRo is doing recently is annoying. Hey look, I'm giving you NO INFORMATION about this set, but I'm going to act like I am. Why not give us some information instead of doing this?
They don't want us to get spoilers so they throw us a few shiny objects to play with. There might be something here, but after the "kicker without Y" thing...
One of the themes is going to be a mechanic built around the freed Eldrazis, all of which have no color and are expensive. For example, there are two Eldrazis at [Mana Cost], the larger of which is 7/7. All of the Eldrazis have a new ability called [Mechanic]. Eldrazis with [Mechanic] have a ???; whenever a ??? with [Mechanic] ???s, the ??? ??? must ??? that many lands. The Eldrazis are very expensive but there are lands that can create 0/1 tokens called Brood ??? that can be used to add one ??? mana to your mana pool and will help you be able to cast the Eldrazis. In addition, the ??? has a new ability called [Mechanic]. You may spend mana on spells with [Mechanic] to improve their ???s and ???s. This Limited ability is much different than the one in [Older Set].

U/
So if it's a new keyword or whatever you call it that the eldrazi have it can't be a drawback.
I don't remember MaRo saying that. Aaron Forsythe concluded that in general drawback mechanics should be avoided, but didn't go so far as to say they would never do one again. MaRo, in direct contradiction to your statement, said of Echo, "While it isn't planned for any of the blocks in the near future, I can say with good authority that it is a mechanic that I expect to return again, probably many times over Magic's long history." Given that ROE is intentionally doing something different, it seems like an accceptable place to experiment with a drawback keyword that's also a feature.
