Gah... I really hope not, I hate dropping forty bucks just to play the damn colours I want to use. We have enough duals already, really the Moore lands on top of the LOR ones was a bit much as is, I don't really think we need another cycle of fixers, especially ones this freaking good.
Well I could see them doing something like they did for Rav. Bring out an artifact or a cycle of conditional lands at common/uncommon that aren't as good as a straight up tri-land (tap for B, W, or U). Or since each "shard" has it's function, perhaps they'll have something that compliments, like an Enchantment for the white shard, etc...
Castle Kasemoore
Land- Forest
~ comes into play tapped. (T: Add G to your mana pool.) ,t: Add WR to your mana pool. "Deep in the forest lies this bastion of righteous fury."
Castle Kasemoore
Land T: Add 1 to your mana pool. ,t: Add WGR to your mana pool. "Deep in the forest lies this bastion of righteous fury."
Or some other "fixed" version of the homeland lands: An-Havva Township
What if you had to pay the primary color of the shard to produce each of the allied colors? Whether its via a land that taps for colorless, i.e.
T: Add 1 to your mana pool. G,t: Add WR to your mana pool.
or via a signet variant that has:
G,t: Add WR to your mana pool.
If either are too strong add a comes into play tapped, doesn't untap during your next untap phase, or damage clause... Or if either are not practical, disregard this post

good idea but prob not happening i think they should make the lands like horizon canopy lands from future sight in eleventh they should reprint the ravinca lands
What about something along the lines of the Ravnica duals, but without the fetchable subtypes?
Hilltop Wooded Thicket Land
As Hilltop Wooded Thicket comes into play, you may pay 2 life. If you don't, Hilltop Wooded Thicket comes into play tapped. T: Add W or R or G to your mana pool.
It carries the same drawback as the Ravnica lands, but none of the various fetching spells out there that target basic lands can get them like they could with the Ravnica duals. Might be too broken, I have very little experience with card design...
I definitely think they should have some requirement for the main color of the shard. So I think NuTamFu is on to something with this take on Odyssey filter lands.
I like the primary color permanent requirement concept as well.
This way, the lands' drawback would have to satisfy a requirement not all decks have (i.e. life or coming into play tapped) in order to produce the allied colors. Having a permanent in play of the primary shard color would definitely be a nice touch to maintain the integrity of the primary shard from a flavor standpoint, in order to gain the benefits of allied color fixing options.

That first one would indeed be cool. Strictly better then the old uncommon lands from invasion block, but cipt is a big enough drawback that they are not broken. Good with stuff that seaches for forests like Mwonvuli Acid-Moss. I don't like the second one though, I find it week and unexciting. Good job anyways.

Your probably right, they just finished a block of filter lands anyway. And it would tie in nicely with Shadowmoore:

This is the speculation forum. Doesn't that comment seem a little harsh?
I think the cards in the OP won't be printed because they'd make fetchlands absolutely ridiculous. I mean, it was hard to imagine how much more stupid they could get, but with a cycle of Murmuring Bosks, they can do it.
Cards of SoronTheBeast's sort are intriguing and I would be happy to know what they would do to a format.

As much whining as I do (and it's a LOT, I know, guys.) about the current multicolor land surplus, I totally think we'll see completion of Nimbus Maze cycle.
And I would welcome those.
THE GAME NEEDS THEM. (Ever since Torment, I've wanted a cycle of these for other colors.)
I really wish Nimbus Maze interacted with 3 colors somehow, instead of the back and forth of the two colors... Don't get me wrong the card is good and the art is even better, but I am hoping for something else that references the shards color/theme in some capacity in order to produce allied color mana.

wow thats like way broken
Except this land does not give you more mana on one turn. So it can't excel you.
Its just an idea.

The Torment style lands might work too as Flappy points out.
Or perhaps something along the lines of:
T: Add B or G to your mana pool. Play this ability only if you control a red permanent.

@KD: I think this would be exactly what we'd get, assuming we get them (further assuming we even need them, which, of course, we don't). Nice work!

I would like that land to produce colorless to keep it a bit more balanced. If that's the case, perhaps it could be represented as an artifact.
