Those are both portal. And not just portal, but portal: third kingdom. In my opinion, they should never have been made legacy legal. They are all ugly, and either direct ripoffs of magic standbys, or plain old dumb (the zodiac pseudo-cycle? wtf was up with that).
I stand by my statement that there has never been a number used in a card name for a real magic set.

"I'm a great guy if you don't mind the swearing"
"If I meant everything I said, I'd be a total *******"
Humour:
Quote from Conical Object »
In Soviet Russia, deck play you!
Quote from Me »
I think that that undefined would be the perfect power for the flying spaghetti monster.
Player A: "I hit you for an undefined amount of damage."
Player B: "I shock FSM."
Player A: "Does it do undefined damage?"
Player B: "No."
Player A: "Then it doesn't die. Take your damage *****!"
Player B: "How?"
I also expect it to have some sort of -n/-n effect, as even having a 20/20 in play for a moment opens up far too many degereative possibilities. maybe -6/-6 for each card in opponents hand? Though this could still often be sickeningly large.
I see this card going one of three ways.
A>
Ymmit, Avatar of Yawgmoth 3BB
Legendary Creature - Avatar
When Ymmit, Avatar of Yawgmoth comes into play, you lose the game.
20/20
B>
Collossus of Lim-Dul 8BBBBUUUU
Creature - Golem
If <cardname> would come into play, if it was played from your hand, put it into play, otherwise remove it from the game.
Trample
Collossus of Lim-Dul cannot be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.
20/20
or C> (the most likely version imo.)
Ymmit, Collossus of Phyrexia 8BBBBUUUU
Legendary Creature - Golem
When <cardname> comes into play, you lose the game.
Hmm, there's an indestructible, a 20/20 and a -6/-6.
Big Bad Wolf (some random cost)
Legendary creature - Wolf Leviathan Dreadnought Pirate
Indestructible
Cumulative Upkeep (Snow)
Big Bad Wolf can't attack unless it has an age counter on it.
Big Bad Wolf gets -6/-6 for each age counter on it.
20/20
I doubt they'd give it trample, but that's my guess.
And for the record, I'm going to say that chances are however it shows up, it will be in a form that I will be unable to give a snow-covered damn about.
Another thing, come to think of it. Since I haven't seen any insanely large costs in orb findings yet, is it possible that this not HAVE a cost, a la Evermind? I mean, since they figure any cost they'd put on it, you'd cheat it into play anyhow...
Assuming that this thing is a creature, I have looking into the ord to try and figure out the creature's type.
Giant: 2 (Jötun Owl-Keeper and Jötun Grunt)
Leviathan: 1 (Jokulmorder)
Beast: 3 (maybe a snow beast or a behemoth)
Yeti: 9 ( one being Karplusan Strider)
Construct: 2 (one is Phyrexian Soulgorger)
Lizard: 1 (no dinosaurs but Shivan Raptor is a lizard instead)
Avatar: 2
Dragon: 2
Monster, God, Nightmare, Plant, Titan: 0
So I am quessing some kind of big artifact creature (like Draco), dinosaur (lizard), Beast (like Skyshroud Behemoth) or Avatar (like Serra's Avatar)
So I quess its time for another guess:
Zur's Snow Behemoth (Big cc)
Snow Legendary Creature - Beast
Cumulative upkeep— Sacrifice a snowcover land.
<this> comes into play tapped.

"We've made OVER NINE THOUSAND unique cards."
- MaRo, October 8th, 2007 IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAND!!!!!
The last card on top of your library, of the three you grabbed with congregation, would be Mr. 20/20 creature guy. Attack with the bioplasm while Mr. 20/20 is still on top of the library, his ability kicks off - reveal the top card - and surprise, surprise - Mr. Bioplasm is now a 24/24. If you managed to get him trample somehow, that should be game.
Hmm.. this could work turn 4 in standard
T1 Forest, Elf
T2 Forest, tap elf to put utopia sprawl on forest (naming White) - end of opponents turn, cast congregation
T3 Forest, tap out to play the freshly drawn Bioplasm
T4 Give Bioplasm trample somehow, attack, reveal Mr. 20/20 guy, hope the opponent doesn't have a putrefy.
Another interesting drawback - "If this enters play from anywhere, you lose the game".
That would leave it solely to the use of combo decks like Sutured Ghoul or perhaps Erratic Explosion, dependant on the cost.
If = 27
Enters = 0...hmmm...different wording?
Comes = 19
Into = 52
Play = 75
From = 83
Anywhere = 1
You = 114
Lose = 4
The = 117
Game = 19
Technically possible, but hardly likely with so many of those terms having so many matches. But it does point to a second potential cause for the word 'anywhere' showing up.
Also combating A Banana's argument that all 20/20's have been unplayable, is that the closest Wizards has come, in my opinion, to printing a 20/20, Serra Avatar, was indeed "playable" - not being hardcast, of course, but as a prime re-animation/sneak attack target.
And even the speculation above that the card may cause you to "lose the game" when it enters play doesn't remove it's use in the combo I outlined previously - congregation at dawn(or use the top to stack it on top, and attack with your (somehow trampling or flying, hopefully) bioplasm).
I like the idea of "when ~comes into play you lose the game." But would they print it this close to Bioplasm (I totally meant Voidslime here)? I don't think they'd want something that obvious in standard.
Although if the minimum to get this into play is 3B then it could be reasonable. 3BUUG and 3 cards for a non evasive fatty isn't likely to make any ripple on competitive play, and could be the holy grail for Timmys.
The more I think about it, I think that and 8 mana in some combination of b/u could be on the final card.
Edit: Oh, and it appears that the only time anywhere appears on a tourney legal card it's to
reference "placed into the graveyard from anywhere," most often on the colossus restriction.
When have 20/20s ever been playable? Never. Wizards isn't about to start now.
The card will be jank.
Not to sound like a jerk, but has there ever BEEN a 20/20 before? It could be playable. Not likely, but it's still possible. And when did Wizards say they weren't going to try something new?
Back on topic, maybe it could get -1/-1 for each permanent in play.
Ninja edit: Call me sarnath'd. I guess I should read all the posts...
Another interesting drawback - "If this enters play from anywhere, you lose the game".
...
Technically possible, but hardly likely with so many of those terms having so many matches. But it does point to a second potential cause for the word 'anywhere' showing up.
They would just say "Whenever ~ comes into play." or "If ~ is in play." The only time "anywhere" has ever been used on a normal MTG card is in reference to sending things to the graveyard this is because the card could be sent to the GY in creature form or just a card.
Also, just to restate it so everyone knows, there is no -x/-x in the orb so the "loses power = to life" card can't be done.
If it has Indestructible and the "anywhere" GY ability, that leaves room for one more ability. It's probably an additional drawback. That also means it probably won't have trample which will make it even more reasonable.
It might be something else though, a bigger Darksteel Colossus doesn't seem very creative to me.
I am ashamed of wizards for doing this. Know matter howe good or how bad or how broken, a 20/20 will leave a undeniable dent in the balance of the game. if it's good, i will never understand why.. If it's bad lets just say i'm supprised wizards didn't learn from sky swallower
Just being ghoul food makes it broken.......
I'm holding it back.....
