You can control your opponents creatures, it should say "you own" or something to that effect. Either this is a poor translation, or something is fishy.
Ultimate can put cards you don't own into your hand. S'fake boss.
Nope, the ultimate says "if a creature you control would die" so it's only what you would control.
Maybe I'm missing something, but don't 'gain control...' effects put cards under your control, in which case the ultimate would bounce cards you control but don't own back to your hand?

Ultimate is worded sloppily, as is the +1 (I doubt they'd make that a triggered effect on the token ETB rather than just a second simultaneous effect). And the abilities are just off flavor-wise. Nissa + interacting with -1/-1 counters on two of her three abilities (one of which puts them on your creatures... yeah right) and making 2/2 Human tokens is fishy as hell.

They don't usually release more than two planeswalkers per set so this is fake most likely. Plus this set makes absolutely no sense for Nissa right now as she has basically minimal power on the plane.

Doesn't seem like something Nissa is supposed to do. Maro wrote repeatedly about how they are narrowing each planeswalker's wheelhouse, and Nissa's is supposed to be lands. This has nothing to do with lands. Fake card is fake.

Since Shadows, each large set in a new block has had 4 planeswalkers, whereas the smaller set has had 2.
This is fake. The templating on the third ability is wrong. Cards are only ever returned to their owner's hand, not their controller's. A card in play would never be returned to "your hand", as opposed to its owner's hand, unless you were guaranteed to own it, rather than control it. This happens on for instance Saving Grasp, but very few other cards.
Moreover, the first ability wouldn't be templated with a delayed triggered ability. I suppose that's not technically illegal, but it's confusing and there's no reason for it. It would just be templated as one ability with two effects.
It's not real. It's not pretending to be a translated mockup of a non-English card, so bad translation doesn't account for the blatant rules violation in the Ultimate.
Also, the claim that it's been handing around on some facebook page for 8 hours and nobody noticed is really a fishy story. A third planeswalker spoil would be a huge deal given the excitement around the other two.
Very un-Nissa. Of course, she used to be an elf-centered racist and Wizards loves retcons, so who knows? Maybe she's a healer now to serve some lame purpose in Magic's poorly told story?

After another look, it does look suspicious.
Therefore, high chance it's fake.
I hope it's fake, because it doesn't do much for me.
As far as putting cards an opponent owns into my hand goes, I guess I'm down? Let's just be sure to keep track.
I get that it's there to balance the larger tokens,
but Nissa putting -1/-1 counters on creatures feels weird.

Isn't it elementals she makes.
Also the fact that her -2 nullifies her ultimate seems kind of shady.
