Found this on Reddit posted a few minutes ago. Looks super fake because of the flash, but I don't know. Could this be real?

According to the people on the Reddit, that's the same host as the one who found the Dutch leaks previously - which could add validity.

It could easily be fake but it looks like everything checks out. The name and Delirium are very Lhurgoyf-like, the 1G madness cost is a nice nod at Tarmogoyf's casting cost. If it's real then I like it. Hopefully it's a 3/3.

Even if this is a 3/3 would getting +2/+2 via Delirium make it mythic-level? It's 1GG, not 2G and just being a 5/5 beater with a situational cost of 1G that's not even particularly useful(since it would just be a 3/3 for 1G on turn 2 at best, and by the time you activate Delirium that reduced cost is pointless) would hardly be game-breaking at rare level. It's just a slightly stronger, slightly more splashable Leatherback Baloth when it's at full power. That alone makes me think it's fake.

Someone pointed out on Reddit that the madness text is the old version, rather than the one on the Fiery Temper leak. Think that's as good a confirmation as any to say no dice here.

Even if it's 3/3 it probably isn't that spectacular. I'm not going to say it's unplayable, but it probably still wouldn't be the new goyf. Goyf is popular because it's super splashable and gets big in older formats without doing anything. Having to madness it to make it splashable is probably going to make it a niche standard card unless green aggro is the hotness. Once you start jumping through hoops for an undercosted 5/5 with no abilities, it really cuts the playability considering 5/3 for 2B apparently isn't all that amazing.

WotC also doesnt like to use multiple block keywords on a single card, so there's that too. I don't think they've done it in years, if at all.

I guess WOTC think we like this kind of "spoiler" so they just change their marketing method to "leak" the card every week sametime hiding the most important information of the "leak cards".

Honestly, the name just seems a bit much. Even for Wizards. I have to admit a Madness Goyf seems kinda cool to me though.

The image seems awfully dogdy as well and frankly looks tinkered-with.

There are no Lhurgoyfs without * in their p/t box, and this templating has no p/t setter. For me confirms fake.

fake as fake gets. Lhurgoyfs' defining characteristic is that their P/T is a defined characteristic, and this has the wrong template for madness, so its right out the window

The * thing isn't that big of a deal. Nearly every hydra uses +1/+1 counters, but that didn't make Khalni Hydra fake. I see no reason why they wouldn't do a Lhurgoyf without it if it made sense.

four hydras without counters, granted just one precedent before RotE, but the madness reminder text being off makes it all moot anyway

It's like they got left in the storeroom for five minutes with nothing but a bad camera phone before security arrived.

That said, "Sepulchral" is something related to tombs or burial. That's why we had Sepulchral Primordial. On a green creature? Yeah.... nah....

And Sepulchrivore seemed like the name of an Innistrad card, too...
