Aside from Lavaclaw Reaches, every manland has an adjective before a noun. "Indignation" is a noun, so the actual name of the card should be "Indignant Cliff"... which is still a pretty shoddy name. Sticks on the roof of your mouth like peanut butter
I think the name is definitely worse and screams fake. Those other names refer to a type of movement then a place/thing (shambling, lumbering). "Indignation" doesn't refer to a movement, or really even make sense in the context.
Celestial Colonnade and Lavaclaw Reaches broke that pattern in the original circle, too. Despite all the creeping, raging and stirring the other 3 did.
They broke the "rule" but at least they sounded fine and made sense in the english language. What kind of Colonnade? A Celestial Colonade. What kind of Reaches? Lavaclaw Reaches
OTOH, what kind of Cliff? An Indignation Cliff??? WTH does that mean.

Wasn't the copyright wrong on the Origins Chandra when it was spoiled? People called it fake, but it wasn't. It's possible that it was incorrect in the file if it was in Battle and got moved.

What's bothering me about it is that the name font literally isn't in the right place (see attached). IF this is the real image, which I doubt, then Wiz needs to work on their QA...
Nice! I've been proxying a 3/1 first strike manland with activation cost RW in my cube for a while now, this will be a painless replacement if it's real.
Considering how boring the BFZ man lands were, i can belive this one is real.
The design on those cards is being very lazy, the ZEN man lands had some interesting designs (Raging Ravine and Celestial Collonade).
The other adjectives can all ambiguously apply to a non-anthropomorphic object. A train can lumber along in shambles. "Indignation" is an emotion and makes no sense applied to "cliffs".
Indignation: anger or annoyance provoked by what is perceived as unfair treatment
I can't really think of a MORE red/white concept.
Yes but for the sake of formatting the english language it should be in the form of an adjective, not a noun. Indignant Cliffs would sound better and make more sense as literally every other manland in this cycle has an [adjective + noun] format.
Indignation Cliffs makes it sound more like a proper noun and the name of a specific (i.e. legendary) place, rather than something more general like the others.

Angry cliffs?
Sure, if you really wanted to use that term you could, but even then you would say "Indignant Cliffs" right? Using indignation instead of indignant just doesn't make sense there (indignant cliffs also sounds pretty silly to me, but at least it would make sense)

Add to that the different text box font size, sharpness and placement. Also, the 1 is totaly wrong.
When wizards spoiled Munda, ambush leader the jpeg, which was about 600 DPI quality, was a perfect digital representation of what gets printed.
I could have made that mock up way more legit looking.
This doesn't look fake. I mean there are some problems, but nothing that shows that it's fake.
Based on the other manlands the effect is good enough and not exciting to be a card from BFZ. If this is a fake it's a really well thought out fake. I wouldn't be surprised if the white red manlands ends up being something like this if this is a fake.
Also the expansion symbol looks really good for a fake. That't the thing that tilts my opinion on this being real.

Lets look at the other manlands:
Stirring Wildwood
Lavaclaw Reaches
Creeping Tar Pit
Raging Ravine
Celestial Colonnade
Lumbering Falls
Shambling Vent

- 1 in activation cost looks terrible
- text looks very compressed and out of place
--- the name is just... no. This was invented by someone who is *not* a native English speaker.

The card itself seems good though, probably the best of the new manlands.

and that would be weird on a number of different levels.

To be honest, yes. It's still a silly name, but at least it makes sense grammatically...
