February 23rd. Three weeks of spoilers, full set spoiled on March 13th. After that we have one week, until prerelease (20th).
Those saying March 2nd, do you have a source? This has been confusing me for a while, it should be 23rd if it follows the patterns, but the 2nd seems to be the most common answer. I asked MaRo, hopefully we can get an answer.

Next week is Temur week on the mothership, and no article has mentioned there being new spoilers next week or anything.

The reason there's no deck-building challenge this week? Well, it's crazy to say, but in just two weeks I'll be back with the first week of Dragons of Tarkir previews! We just revived Ugin, and it's time to hop in our TARDIS and head back to present-day Tarkir to see what's up with Dragons of Tarkir! There might be some Dragons to see that week.
(emphasis mine)
Two weeks from last Tuesday is March 3rd, so official DTK previews will definitely begin on Monday, March 2nd.

• My only public attempt at being a writer: the story of my Leonin custom planeswalker Jeff Lionheart. (I have a very big one that I'm working on right now but that's private for now, and I don't know if I will ever actually publish it, and I also have ideas for multiple future ones, including one where I'm going to reprise Jeff.)
The video linked above is referring to *some* DTK spoilers, and Origins spoilers. I cannot find any definitive spoilers yet, but you would think they'd throw us a bone and spoil a rare or something in the next 7 days.

But wasn't Zurgo revealed long before this? And weren't the fetch lands also announced at some big event long before the spoiler weeks started?
Also, with KTK, wasn't Yasova spoiled way before they started the regular spoilers?
There are often spoilers outside of "spoiler season" I suppose, but you can't rely on expecting those at any given time (except certain events and holidays). However official spoiler season should start march 2nd.
Theros and m15 spoilers started 4 weeks before pre-release so perhaps. I feel like this is something Mark Rosewater may answer on his tumblr. May have to do with the new 2 set/block structure, with an extra block worth of story to go over each year perhaps they needed to cut out a week of previews for large sets to make up for the additional block information.

Large set so there will be 3 weeks of spoilers before pre-release.
