That list is a bit out dated now. Power nine still claims a few spots but dual lands are now up there as they are typically used in a playset for actual play, and just as rare in the beta variety.
The top ten, not including special editions / promos / misprints, are currently:
5-10 can be debated on current value with low yearly sales volume on NM condition, and I'm using Beta as the defining set as Alpha volume makes price accuracy even harder.
Prices go down from here, and ~16 on list is the first non-beta card, with The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale ~700+ from Legends.
Once you go promo/misprint/limited/foil however, there's a whole new set that becomes very debated. A Japanese Foil Jace the Mind Sculptor, for example, has gone for ~2000-2500. Likewise some of the summer magic rares, like the top dual lands, fetch wild prices all the way up 10,000+.
