Specifically "Monday" at midnight, EST. 9:00 PM on the west coast. Although, every spoiler season is different. Wizards has occasionally goofed up, sometimes releasing the full set a few days (or even weeks) early. In all likelihood, though, we'll only get a handful of cards tonight (including non-JOU stuff, like Dack).

I'm officially proposing we retire the word "insane" from the MtG vocabulary.

I think they did it on Friday last set, so maybe. We'll have to see if it was a mistake or the start of the new trend. At first in Rise of the Eldrazi, it was Wednesday, then, it moved to Monday, so maybe it will move permanently to Friday.
You'd think it'd build more buzz to give the whole spoiler to the players on the FNM before the prerelease so they can plan things out accordingly.
that would be smart promotion, get people buzzing over the whole set another Magic night in advance (plus having commentators and whatnot talking about it on various event streams over the weekend as well). I think Born of the Gods was leaked early (if memory serves me correct) because someone was on MTGO beta and leaked images of the set before the "official unveiling".
It would make sense, give people the set the day off FNM. Everyone sees the new set, then is at their lgs for FNM anyways, where they sign up in advance for prerelease.
However, the usual method would be to spoil full set on Monday.

I thought that it was done on Friday in BNG because of the accidental spoilers.
If I remember right, BNG was revealed early because someone released the release notes early which showed off about 40 cards we didn't know about. And at that point there were only 40-ish cards left unspoiled after the release notes went out so they just released all the BNG cards. Unless they feel kind or another mistake happens, you'll have to wait till monday for the rest of the set.
If I remember correctly, in born of the god, the entire set was spoilded Friday the week prior the pre-release. But, I don't know if this was intentional or if they goofed up.

Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
Am I discussing any new card? No...
