If somehow true .... this .... is amazing. Especially in EDH and other casual environments. Since it happens when it CitP as well, it may see some real standard play, too.
Holy crap. This would be semi-decent if it were a double Rampant Growth, but take note that it doesn't say basic land cards -- it just says land cards. Imagine grabbing two utility nonbasics with this puppy in EDH.

I love the flavor text, the best titan art. While not my favorite titan, it is pretty awesome. Maybe this can help ramp into Eldrazi or Gaea's Revenge?

He also has built in evasion via Trample.
