This past Sunday at my local store's Prerelease event, I participated in the Sealed Deck portion. I got the following rares in my six packs:
Kazandu Tuskcaller
Sarkhan the Mad
Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
Pestilence Demon
Disaster Radius
Bear Umbra
I went 3-0 the first three rounds. Me and the only other undefeated player (out of 20 players) decided to ID the 4th round, and so we split the prize pool. I got 9 packs. He got 10 (we decided to play for fun to decide who got the 10th extra pack since there was 19 packs between us). Well anyhow, I opened up my six packs and I got:
2x Cast Through Time
Kazandu Tuskcaller
Sarkhan the Mad
Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
Pestilence Demon
Disaster Radius
Consuming Vapors
Gigantomancer
Here's the thing...I got 5 of the same rares I got in Sealed and opened them in the same order as I opened the rares in my Sealed pool earlier that day.
I know the store opens the boxes and doesn't randomize the order of the boosters before distributing them for Limited events. They take them in groups for each person (Sealed - 6 boosters, Draft - 3 boosters) and directly the way the boxes stack them inside.
ADDITIONALLY, the friend I have who went 2nd place Sunday, pulled almost EXACTLY the same rares/mythics I pulled on Sunday's Sealed event - in Saturday's Sealed event. Too much of a coincidence to not wonder about this.
It may might just as well be a huge coincidence, but has anyone else experienced Rare/Mythic ordering in the Rise of Eldrazi boosters thus far? It wouldn't be too far of a stretch either because I remember when Wizards had rare ordering lists for booster boxes back in the Odyssey block / Onslaught block era of Magic. Before 8th/Mirrodin I had quit and didn't come back until M10 came out, so I'm not sure when they stopped doing rare ordering in booster boxes.
actually on saturday my friend Ray pulled a Gideon first pack (I know lucky him) two packs later he pulled a Lord of Shatterskull Pass. Sunday first back Gideon again... inorite! second pack... LoSP again! so I believe it a bit. wasn't there some post about them dropping or adding a printing company? maybe this is affecting it. also I am in South Carolina and the stores were in charleston on sat and columbia on sunday
one more thing. on saturday he had a vapors but none of the other cards you mention. however on sunday i did open a vapors just before a gigantomancer thingy
A guy at my prerelease (12:01AM saturday)
Got Gideon, Nikira Revenant and the Dragonrider mythic in his six, as well as temple and training grounds. I was jealous as heck, best pulls I've ever seen.
So yeah, if others pulled those three mythics, then it probably is ordered.
Just a reminder, but it's probably wise not to post unless you've actually obtained a duplication of rares or you've opened shop-level quantities of packs.
Edited to Add: Klossi, generally that's true, but the idea is generally that print runs aren't supposed to be predictable. If they are, that's potentially damaging to the bulk of card-sellers.

If your signature takes up more lines than your actual post does, you should fix one or both of them.
Seems about right, cards being printed and packed at the same time then set aside for release dates are more likely to be similar.
A store near the one I usually go to had 4 people pull multiple nissas at the first zendikar draft, might have just been ridiculous luck though.

This.
Experiences that happen that involve less than a box of product do not reflect print runs.
