In an eight player game, is anything good? Don't you just sit there countering combos until someone genesis waves for 42 after all the blue players tap out fighting over a bribery?
Refraction Trap
"The next 3 damage that a source of your choice would deal to you and/or permanents you control this turn is dealt to target creature or player instead."
Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs
"Whenever a creature an opponent controls attacks you"
Quest for Renewal
"Whenever a creature you control becomes tapped"
Kitesail
"Equipped creature gets +1/+0 and has flying"
Walking Atlas is an artifact creature.
Sejiri Steppe
"When Sejiri Steppe enters the battlefield, you may have target creature you control gain protection"
Enchantment
Whenever a Goblin enters the battlefield under your control, you may put a quest counter on Quest for the Goblin Lord.
As long as Quest for the Goblin Lord has five or more quest counters on it, creatures you control get +2/+0.
Wording on Kazuul today spoiled to be "Whenever a creature an opponent controls attacks, if you're the defending player, put a 3/3 red Ogre creature token onto the battlefield unless that creature's controller pays 3."

Tarmogoyf has no evasion, yet it sees tonnes of play. What makes this any different?
Now, our source is a Russian scan. I can't make heads or tails of the grammar, but the first translation had the card name in the ability for some reason.
Refraction Trap
"The next 3 damage that a source of your choice would deal to you and/or permanents you control this turn is dealt to target creature or player instead."
This would be incompatible with that observation. Unless Russian grammar has some reason to have to name something it's not talking about.
I'm going to double check that the card name in fact appears in the text.
EDIT: Gar. Where did that link go. I remember it was somewhere out of place, but not awfully...
EDIT2: Hooray FAQ. Memnarch nath'd me by 13 minutes.
Eye of Ugin - Colorless Eldrazi spells you cast cost 2 less to cast.
Nemesis Trap - If a white creature is attacking you, you may pay...
Exile target attacking creature. Put a token that's a copy of that creature onto the battlefield.
Refraction Trap - Prevent the next 3 damage that a source of your choice would deal to you and/or permanents you control this turn. If damage is prevented this way, Refraction Trap deals that much damage to target creature or player.
Slingbow Trap - If a black creature with flying is attacking you, you may pay...
Stoneforge Mystic - ...you may search your library for an Equipment card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.
Tuktuk Scrapper - ...Tuktuk Scrapper deals damage to that artifact's controller equal to the number of Allies you control.
Twitch - You may tap or untap...
Walking Atlas - Artifact Creature, blame it on Wizards.
Cardnames preceded by * are reprints.

What we have there is simply not functional text.
